GBCustomer service is absolutely great Customer service is absolutely great. Whenever I've had issues in the past with a site or email I've chatted with one of their reps at all times of the day and got immediate assistance with my issue. This is a big deal especially when you have a business!

GBTech Support Assisting With Email Issue Inquired tech support about an email "Flagged As Spam by Another Site/Host". They replied with easy recommendations that may resolve the issue, and included an explanation so that I could understand the root cause. I was very satisfied with their recommendation and I was able to resolve the issue.

GRSimply Awesome I've been using Hostpapa for years now and can only but highly recommend them. While there have been only very few occasions where 'technical intervention' was required I always found the Hostpapa techies to be very helpful as well as being exceptionally fast in responding.
