GBCustomer service is absolutely great Customer service is absolutely great. Whenever I've had issues in the past with a site or email I've chatted with one of their reps at all times of the day and got immediate assistance with my issue. This is a big deal especially when you have a business!

AUWhen things go wrong When things go wrong, which they can do, it makes a great deal of difference when you get good support from the Company providing the service. I have found the support from HostPapa to be excellent. A recent issue with misbehaving third part software was quickly sorted. I'm impressed.

GBResponse to my trouble ticket was extremely fast and efficient Response to my trouble ticket was extremely fast and the system was fixed almost immediately. After it happened again, the staff were kind enough to educate me on some every simple processes I was unaware of that resulted in me discovering that I was unintentionally causing the issue. I followed their instructions on how to correct those errors and the system has worked perfectly since. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Everything a service organization should be!

GRSimply Awesome I've been using Hostpapa for years now and can only but highly recommend them. While there have been only very few occasions where 'technical intervention' was required I always found the Hostpapa techies to be very helpful as well as being exceptionally fast in responding.
