GRSimply Awesome I've been using Hostpapa for years now and can only but highly recommend them. While there have been only very few occasions where 'technical intervention' was required I always found the Hostpapa techies to be very helpful as well as being exceptionally fast in responding. GBCustomer service is absolutely great Customer service is absolutely great. Whenever I've had issues in the past with a site or email I've chatted with one of their reps at all times of the day and got immediate assistance with my issue. This is a big deal especially when you have a business!

AUI have been a customer of HostPapa for…about two years I have been a customer of HostPapa for about two years. They host our website for an Over 50s Resort in Queensland, Australia. We have been very happy with the hosting and its value. Once or twice we have had a slight problem and the HostPapa support has been terrific. Overall we are very happy.

CASupport is a primary need for me and price is almost as important on a pension. Support is a primary need for me, and Hostpapa's is excellent. The agents are knowledgeable and polite and they understand your level of knowledge quickly, so no time is wasted. The pricing at Hostpapa is very good for the product provided.

CAI've been running dedicated for so long… I've been running dedicated for so long I switched to hostpapa and wow it was nice. I can't handle anymore ddos "failed root login" till my paranoia was on fire lol Hostpapa saved my brain and i have never been happier.
