CAEasy process to ask for help and timely response: that is why I like Hostpapa I am a small business owner with no staff to help me thus I do everything myself. Here is what I like about HostPapa: the dashboard interface is easy to use (we can easily follow up on our tickets) and HP teams respond and help me in a timely fashion. Overall, it is very efficient. In an environment where it is increasingly difficult to get good service I find it invaluable and I hope that it continues. Bravo!!!

I can't handle anymore ddos "failed root login" till my paranoia was on fire lol Hostpapa saved my brain and i have never been happier. After it happened again, the staff were kind enough to educate me on some every simple processes I was unaware of that resulted in me discovering that I was unintentionally causing the issue. I followed their instructions on how to correct those errors and the system has worked perfectly since. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Everything a service organization should be!
