GBHostPapa know it is their problem yet still insist on time wasting changes on the customers side Logged onto Outlook this morning and none of my emails are working. Nor those of others using email addresses on my domains. Of course HostPapa's say it is my fault, over a year without a problem and 'suddenly' my settings are wrong and need checking. Waste 3 hours and then tell me It 'could' be a DNS propagation issue when (my,domain) was switched to the new IP address after the server migration. Really, so that's my fault? Come renewal you'll wonder why I'm switching.

GBTech Support Assisting With Email Issue Inquired tech support about an email "Flagged As Spam by Another Site/Host". They replied with easy recommendations that may resolve the issue, and included an explanation so that I could understand the root cause. I was very satisfied with their recommendation and I was able to resolve the issue.

CAEasy process to ask for help and timely response: that is why I like Hostpapa I am a small business owner with no staff to help me thus I do everything myself. Here is what I like about HostPapa: the dashboard interface is easy to use (we can easily follow up on our tickets) and HP teams respond and help me in a timely fashion. Overall, it is very efficient. In an environment where it is increasingly difficult to get good service I find it invaluable and I hope that it continues. Bravo!!!

AUI have been a customer of HostPapa for…about two years I have been a customer of HostPapa for about two years. They host our website for an Over 50s Resort in Queensland, Australia. We have been very happy with the hosting and its value. Once or twice we have had a slight problem and the HostPapa support has been terrific. Overall we are very happy.
