Markup is perfect for what I need, and I especially like how if you are referencing a live page, it will automatically update so they can see changes in real time.

I use it for marketing/promotional landing pages, and Markup.io refreshes and updates the webpage each time you publish so you always have the latest version for feedback. Also it's easy to share the link and has an easy user interface. Just simple to use and exactly what I needed.
