It's so much easier than receiving an email that says "change the 5th word in the 4th paragraph" or something similar. We made a quick video to show our clients how to use it. And even in the same team, everyone has different ideas, and we often slow down our work because of this. But fortunately, this software completely solves these problems! There are even more amazing features. Like markup, I really like this feature. They have streamlined the process, not only giving us less stress and allowing us to communicate quickly, but also making it easier for our customers. It has allowed up the ability to make clear and concise edits to our site either internally or by inviting our client to make edits themselves. It is easy enough for them to work with without much handholding. The only thing I could possibly ask for is a way to draw shapes or lines with a pencil like tool. Otherwise, keep rocking!
