It's so much easier than receiving an email that says "change the 5th word in the 4th paragraph" or something similar. We made a quick video to show our clients how to use it. I used MarkUp.io for a client project which was taking forever to gather feedback from - and which was also confusing and unwieldly because of the number of pages in the website. MarkUp streamlined the process and saved me hours or stress and management - as well as making it much easier for the client. It's a win-win no brainer - especially with their 20 project limit free plan which is what I used.

Unbelievable tool Unbelievable tool, cut our feedback time in half. If your business requires any feedback this is the program for you. Cuts out all the back and forth and allows me to actually focus on what the client is saying rather than using a doc to scribble my incomprehensible notes and then take half an hour to translate those scribbles.

Useful tool for getting feedback It's a useful tool for getting feedback from multiple people. I use it for marketing/promotional landing pages, and Markup.io refreshes and updates the webpage each time you publish so you always have the latest version for feedback. Also it's easy to share the link and has an easy user interface. Just simple to use and exactly what I needed.

Truly love MARKUP! xo I found markup in the beginning before it went to paid and loved it. Even the paid version is cheaper than most and offers more features with the free version if you like as well. I will continue to be a loyal customer since they have been so good to me and will probably upgrade soon.
