Savior! I have been looking for this kind of software that can improve our work efficiency! Communication with customers is just too cumbersome to work properly. And even in the same team, everyone has different ideas, and we often slow down our work because of this. But fortunately, this software completely solves these problems! There are even more amazing features. Like markup, I really like this feature. They have streamlined the process, not only giving us less stress and allowing us to communicate quickly, but also making it easier for our customers. I never thought I could end the problem so quickly before. Not only me, but also our whole team likes it very much. I think it will become one of the software we use often.

Cuts out all the back and forth and allows me to actually focus on what the client is saying rather than using a doc to scribble my incomprehensible notes and then take half an hour to translate those scribbles.

Truly love MARKUP! xo I found markup in the beginning before it went to paid and loved it. Even the paid version is cheaper than most and offers more features with the free version if you like as well. I will continue to be a loyal customer since they have been so good to me and will probably upgrade soon.
