Initially, I had several hiccups with my server but he managed to resolve it extremely quickly with ease and no issues. He then gave me step-by-step instructions on how to complete certain actions/tasks on my server to achieve whatever I wanted to achieve. Very Helpful! Andrew was very easy to work with and offered great advice. There were several things he pointed out that I just wasn't even aware of that were helpful. The issue ended up being on my end and I was able to resolve it successfully. Thankfully, Andrew was able to steer me in the right direction to get this working. To be honest, the money spent on the server for one month I thought was a little high initially. However, because of the customer support I think it was well worth it. I will go ahead and say this is probably the best customer support I've ever had on any product. Thank you so much!
