Surprisingly Good Service Been using this company for awhile for hosting a server I play with a few friends. Support is always quick to respond (5-30 mins), extremely helpful, as well as appearing to be genuinely kind. If you're looking for a hosting service for a few games, I'd say check what they have to offer.

Very Helpful! Andrew was very easy to work with and offered great advice. There were several things he pointed out that I just wasn't even aware of that were helpful. The issue ended up being on my end and I was able to resolve it successfully. Thankfully, Andrew was able to steer me in the right direction to get this working. To be honest, the money spent on the server for one month I thought was a little high initially. However, because of the customer support I think it was well worth it. I will go ahead and say this is probably the best customer support I've ever had on any product. Thank you so much!

Support is Amazing Essentially, I was having issues with modding a server for about 2 days. I was on the verge of a refund, but with the advice from the Bisect discord and confirmation of that by the ticket support, it worked. Previous experiences with the BisectHosting support team have been extremely helpful; they are patient even through my lack of knowledge in the feild.

Love the service Love the service. Quick and easy set up plus lots of compatibility with various different games. I've used both Minecraft servers and Ark Survival Evolved servers with them and both ran and are running beautifully with zero hiccups
