First time trying out their service First time trying out a service for a Minecraft server with a Massive modpack. By far the best Customer Support I have ever experienced. Took them no more than 2-3 minutes to reply to my ticket no matter the time of day. Very friendly and helpful too!

Support is Amazing Essentially, I was having issues with modding a server for about 2 days. I was on the verge of a refund, but with the advice from the Bisect discord and confirmation of that by the ticket support, it worked. Previous experiences with the BisectHosting support team have been extremely helpful; they are patient even through my lack of knowledge in the feild.

A different server hosting site… A different server hosting site couldn't handle what we wanted to do. Bisect handled it in one try. Edit after response to further explain. The fact Bisect has premade modpacks for Minecraft REALLY saved the day. Before on the old hosting site we were trying to manually deal with the individual files of the modpack, all 211 of them. Bisect let us keep the modpack as one unit and handled all the installation of it for us because they have a huge list of curated modpacks for Minecraft already in their system. When we finish with our current one (Fear Nightfall) We want to check out some of the others available too.
