They respond quickly 2. Always find a way to solve a problem 3. Polite and friendly I would like to especially thank these people from your employees: Alison S Jacob V Clay G Daniel C Jakeb I Dan L Thomas P However, it seems to me that Thomas P is not paid extra at work, because he seems a little angry and dissatisfied.

Surprisingly Good Service Been using this company for awhile for hosting a server I play with a few friends. Support is always quick to respond (5-30 mins), extremely helpful, as well as appearing to be genuinely kind. If you're looking for a hosting service for a few games, I'd say check what they have to offer.

Great Support! Spent 2 hours with support trying to fix my server and they were super helpful and responded quickly. Usually a terrible experience turned out to be not so bad. Thank you Alison
