GBSupport is Amazing Essentially, I was having issues with modding a server for about 2 days. I was on the verge of a refund, but with the advice from the Bisect discord and confirmation of that by the ticket support, it worked. Previous experiences with the BisectHosting support team have been extremely helpful; they are patient even through my lack of knowledge in the feild.

They respond quickly 2. Always find a way to solve a problem 3. GBVery Helpful! Andrew was very easy to work with and offered great advice. There were several things he pointed out that I just wasn't even aware of that were helpful. The issue ended up being on my end and I was able to resolve it successfully. Thankfully, Andrew was able to steer me in the right direction to get this working. To be honest, the money spent on the server for one month I thought was a little high initially. However, because of the customer support I think it was well worth it. I will go ahead and say this is probably the best customer support I've ever had on any product. Thank you so much!

GBTimmy's a good guy! Had minor lag issues, Timmy walked me through how to help Bisect check and assess the problem, turned out the server render distance was too high. 10/10 experience.
