Very Helpful! Andrew was very easy to work with and offered great advice. There were several things he pointed out that I just wasn't even aware of that were helpful. The issue ended up being on my end and I was able to resolve it successfully. Thankfully, Andrew was able to steer me in the right direction to get this working. To be honest, the money spent on the server for one month I thought was a little high initially. However, because of the customer support I think it was well worth it. I will go ahead and say this is probably the best customer support I've ever had on any product. Thank you so much!

Timmy's a good guy! Had minor lag issues, Timmy walked me through how to help Bisect check and assess the problem, turned out the server render distance was too high. 10/10 experience.

Best Services Instant server setup, extremely fast replies to tickets, instant server changes/edits, nice UI and setup. Although slightly costly, especially for me since im from NZ I would still definitely recommend this over any other hosting service, the convenience and ease of use are just to good to pass up.

I have bought many private servers in… I have bought many private servers in order to play games such as Minecraft, Terraria, Ark, and Valheim. After using a few different services, I have come to find that Bisect is the best BY FAR. With instant server setup, no being on hold for hours with customer service, easy control panel, Bisect Hosting is the only service I ever use. Stay away from Nitrado.
