Surprisingly Good Service Been using this company for awhile for hosting a server I play with a few friends. Support is always quick to respond (5-30 mins), extremely helpful, as well as appearing to be genuinely kind. If you're looking for a hosting service for a few games, I'd say check what they have to offer.

Support is Amazing Essentially, I was having issues with modding a server for about 2 days. I was on the verge of a refund, but with the advice from the Bisect discord and confirmation of that by the ticket support, it worked. Previous experiences with the BisectHosting support team have been extremely helpful; they are patient even through my lack of knowledge in the feild.

Great customer support, rapid response and quick resolution Timmy assisted me with all of my inquiries in getting my Palworld server set up. Initially, I had several hiccups with my server but he managed to resolve it extremely quickly with ease and no issues. He then gave me step-by-step instructions on how to complete certain actions/tasks on my server to achieve whatever I wanted to achieve. One of the best hosting platforms out there with excellent customer service.

Timmy's a good guy! Had minor lag issues, Timmy walked me through how to help Bisect check and assess the problem, turned out the server render distance was too high. 10/10 experience.
