Initially, I had several hiccups with my server but he managed to resolve it extremely quickly with ease and no issues. Surprisingly Good Service Been using this company for awhile for hosting a server I play with a few friends. Support is always quick to respond (5-30 mins), extremely helpful, as well as appearing to be genuinely kind. If you're looking for a hosting service for a few games, I'd say check what they have to offer.
