Personal recollections altered by AI I would much prefer a straight transcription of my audio account rather than a version rewritten by AI. My children are looking for my recollections, but the AI version leaves some things out, uses words that have different meanings, and changes the flavor of my remarks. I certainly appreciate that I can edit the written version. Also, I find Remento easy to use.

Capturing life stories I love love love that we can capture special memories of grandparents. My kids and I are really enjoying listening to the stories and can't wait for the books. It is super easy for the grandparents to do, as for me to manage. The staff is extremely responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Preserving the past I did a lot of research on preserving family history when I came across Remento. I love the ease of this program. My parents are not tech savvy, but every week they record the answer to their question with ease. I love that I can proof the chapter and make changes. I had to reach out to customer service and they were beyond helpful and patient, even checking up on how things were working after the issue had been fixed. When this book is finished it is going to be a gift to my siblings...I can't put into words how special it will be to have my parents voices telling these past events that will now be able to live on through many generations in our family.

What an amazing venue to record &… What an amazing venue to record & preserve my earlier life prior to having children. My children and future family members will see what life was like for me prior to computers, cell phones, color TV, microwaves.... Rica was so helpful in guiding me through the process. She was prompt in her responses and very knowledgeable. She is a valuable asset.
