Even the less tech-savvy among us were easily shown the ropes by the computer literates. The end result was something we could never have curated otherwise. One doesn't tend to think of the app store as a source of cherished personal history. The very supportive group of people at Remento have put some magic in it!

I am so used to receiving generic copy-and-paste replies from customer service representatives that it brought tears to my eyes to have such a thoughtful and genuine interaction with Laura. Remento is an innovative product that offers people another way to capture important stories and memories if writing is too cumbersome for them. The quality of care and support they provide to customers makes them stand out as a company, and I only wish more businesses operated like they do.

Capturing life stories I love love love that we can capture special memories of grandparents. My kids and I are really enjoying listening to the stories and can't wait for the books. It is super easy for the grandparents to do, as for me to manage. The staff is extremely responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Easy to use, Great customer service It's easy for my parents to use. They don't have to remember a password, and they can do it from their phone or computer. I can't wait to see the final product at the end of the year. Customer service has been excellent as well, with customer service reps actually following up with me after certain requests were received, etc.
