GBMy bank account was compromised by… My bank account was compromised by someone who got my social security and went into my account and took a substantial amount of money! I called ID Shield and was helped immediately…the gentleman that helped me was so thoughtful and kind..he was able to get a Fraud alert on my account immediately

GBVery Helpful Associate we spoke to listened carefully and helped us all the way through the process to follow up. Only worried that it wasn’t caught sooner when someone took out a credit card under our social. ID shield caught after it went to a collection agency.

GBThere is help Due to a computer scam I found myself suddenly in danger of ID Theft. Years ago I had signed up for ID Shield, and when I called I was relieved to immediately speak with a person not a machine. An alert was placed at once and I got all the information what to do to prevent damage. I gave 5 stars because the customer service is outstanding. Being very stressed and overwhelmed my initial call and three more with questions were answered in a professional, compassionate and patient way that calmed me down and helped me in a difficult time.
