GBGot the help I needed Great information and knowledgeable investigator, just seemed less personable and a little short compared to the person I talked to a week ago regarding this same concern. I had additional questions because of a second notification. She may have been having a difficult day. I did get the help I needed.

GBI felt like the representative was flippant. I felt like the representative was flippant about my concern, which is that my SSN was leaked in the AT&T breach. Even though I was not the direct victim of identity theft, a fraud alert was placed on my record so I am unable to get credit quickly like I used to be able to do. I didn't feel like the rep really did anything to help me. He certainly didn't take any time to help me understand the implications of the breach, how it might impact me or how IDShield would protect me. I also find it disconcerting that IDShield is supposed to be protecting me, yet I found out that my SSN was leaked through an email I received from another agency.

GBI was very worried and got great help at IDShield I was very worried and found conflicting information on an identity theft problem. The ID Shield agent, Brenden, was patient and very knowledgeable. He allowed me to ask questions and answered every one. He also knew exactly the information I would need going forward and provided that to me so that I could work on protecting us in the future. I am very grateful for his help.

GBMy data for monitoring was wiped out… My data for monitoring was wiped out when ID shield went to a new portal. I had no notice to go in and reenter the data. For a monitoring company, I was shocked at this omission.
