GBThis company has good customer support This company has good customer support. Very helpful. They recently greatly improved their design and made it much better than before. Easier to use, more direct and modern. I like that they out did all of the other identity protection companies by backing up your information not the normal amount of just 1 million $$$ But 3 million $$$$. The most of any such company. I would prefer their hours to be 24/7 instead of 7 am Central Time to 7pm central time. Except for emergency’s I believe after hours. The price I feel could be lower than what they ask now. But overall I am pleased with ID Shield. Soon as I open up my app I get my current Credit score for the month. And it monitored just about anything you want to put down and checks it daily and will send you a alert is they find anything relating to that eg. Saving account etc. License you name it is breached or trying to use your accounts!!!!

GBAlmost Canceled But Wait… Honestly, I was seriously considering canceling my ID & Legal Shield because I wasn’t using them. Then I got an email alert from ID Shield that there was some suspicious activity using my information. Someone was trying to open a credit card account using my name. I contacted ID Shield and they helped me contact the credit card company. A criminal investigation has been launched. Now I’m seriously considering NOT canceling my ID & Legal Shield.
