GBRevised: I sold a phone to GreenBuyBack and a… I sold a phone to GreenBuyBack and a laptop to a competitor. The laptop reached the competitor at 9:32am yesterday. It's already been processed and my payment is transfering via PayPal. GreenBuyBack received my phone yesterday at 1:29pm but it hasn't even been "received" yet. GBGreenbuyback was a wonderful experience... Greenbuyback offered more for my phone than all other online purchase companies. They were in constant communication with me throughout the process, and answered any question I sent promptly. My phone was evaluated and a physical check sent within a week of shipping my phone to them. I would definitely do business with them again.

GBExcellent value, good customer service, quick response. GreenBuyBack offered the highest value for my Nexus 6P, and agreed with my assessment of "Perfect" condition. No quibbling, quick turnaround — almost the moment that I got notification from UPS that the package had been delivered, I got two emails from GBB stating they had received the device, and they agreed with my assessment. What's more, I made a mistake when I first submitted and chose PayPal (not realizing there would be fees). I emailed GBB and they agreed to change it to a check — and then they followed through and sent me a check. I will ABSOLUTELY do business with GreenBuyBack again.

GBI can always depend on a quick response… I can always depend on a quick response to my request. The label comes in different options and also right away. Once they receive my item they confirm or ask clarification questions and process my check and mail it promptly. I always get my money so fast!
