GBExcellent value, good customer service, quick response. GreenBuyBack offered the highest value for my Nexus 6P, and agreed with my assessment of "Perfect" condition. No quibbling, quick turnaround — almost the moment that I got notification from UPS that the package had been delivered, I got two emails from GBB stating they had received the device, and they agreed with my assessment. What's more, I made a mistake when I first submitted and chose PayPal (not realizing there would be fees). I emailed GBB and they agreed to change it to a check — and then they followed through and sent me a check. I will ABSOLUTELY do business with GreenBuyBack again.

GBNot worth it When it’s all said and done, a measly $90 offer turns into fees being paid by the buyer (the initial $90 is $87 bc they charged me fees & then I paid them again to transfer $) and it comes out to roughly $85. Mind you have to take it to the store, print the label, track the package & my updates weren’t happening which led me to reaching out to the store saying I would report it stolen & that’s obviously threatening to some. The main line is also down so you can’t reach anyone. Just do better for what you’ll get with everyone’s phones. edit at 9:39pm after the CEO is talking about payment problems - I’m talking about the lack of money, not all these made up issues you are stating I didn’t say - the $90 was sad then I spoke about the fees. You offered me an extra $10 after reading this review at 8pm at night when the CEO reached out to me. I also stated about the phone number not working to which I was told “the office is relocating” and more lies. Why is that NOT said on your website?! Again. Do better and try honesty for one. GBEasy and trustworthy I sold my Moto X Pure in perfect condition to Green buyback for $95. They sent me the free shipping label, I dropped the package off at UPS, and about 3 business days later I got an email confirming that they agreed with my assessment of the phone's condition, and had mailed me a check for the full $95. I received the check 5 business days later, and it had cleared the bank. This was an overall easy and stress free process. :)

GBStay away from them, people. They simply returned my item. With no explanation whatsoever. In two weeks no one made a simple attempt to contact me . I’m still confused, have no idea what happened. Why they didn’t buy my Galaxy 6 edge in almost perfect condition, and why I lost my precious time on these guys.? What I know, however, that I won’t recommend them to anyone. Zero customer service provides zero business.
