Fantastic experience I spoke with one of the representatives earlier this week bc we had not received any response about whether or not they had received our phones. I was told that they did not have any outstanding phones there. I was quite put off by the response back. However the CEO, Mr Kramer, who was on vacation during my exchange with one of his representatives, came back and traced the packages back to UPS and found that both packages were damaged.
