Fantastic experience I spoke with one of the representatives earlier this week bc we had not received any response about whether or not they had received our phones. I was told that they did not have any outstanding phones there. I was quite put off by the response back. However the CEO, Mr Kramer, who was on vacation during my exchange with one of his representatives, came back and traced the packages back to UPS and found that both packages were damaged. He has graciously agreed to pay us for both phones without having the equipment. This company and Management is a wonderful company that I will definitely do business again with. Super Fast Processing As part of my business, I’m a frequent user of electronics buyback services. Just tried Green Buyback for the first time. It was the fastest processing and payment I have ever experienced. Others offer expedited processing for an added fee and they still don’t handle receipt, eval, and payment as quickly as these guys.

Not worth it When it’s all said and done, a measly $90 offer turns into fees being paid by the buyer (the initial $90 is $87 bc they charged me fees & then I paid them again to transfer $) and it comes out to roughly $85. Mind you have to take it to the store, print the label, track the package & my updates weren’t happening which led me to reaching out to the store saying I would report it stolen & that’s obviously threatening to some. The main line is also down so you can’t reach anyone. Just do better for what you’ll get with everyone’s phones. edit at 9:39pm after the CEO is talking about payment problems - I’m talking about the lack of money, not all these made up issues you are stating I didn’t say - the $90 was sad then I spoke about the fees. You offered me an extra $10 after reading this review at 8pm at night when the CEO reached out to me. I also stated about the phone number not working to which I was told “the office is relocating” and more lies. Why is that NOT said on your website?! Again. Do better and try honesty for one. Very impressed by your service! I've very impressed by the how easy your service was to use. Great instructions on how to get an idea of our old phone's worth (two Pixel 2XLs) and the responsiveness was outstanding. Mailed the package on Monday. Confirmation of receipt on Thursday. PayPal payment on Friday. I'll repeat - Outstanding!
