CAAlways there to support Every single time I reach out for support or with a question, the DonorPerfect team jumps in to help and quickly respond. If they don't have an answer right away, the work on getting you an answer as quickly as possible. They also continue to upgrade to meet needs for fundraisers like having immediate thank you letters/emails for each gift easily mail merged.

GBVery expensive Very expensive (more than $5 a day for me). The onboarding process normally begins with a phone call, scheduled, at least for me, more than a week after I purchased the product. Had I not asked for a username and password right away, I would have had to wait. The product is designed to help you raise money, and it does that well, with tips not merely technical along the way. I feel a bit sick spending about two grand a year on software, but I bit the bullet and did it. We'll see...

CADonor Perfect provides the needs we… Donor Perfect provides the needs we have as a small non-profit (one full time, two casual employees). Data entry is easy, and the program is accessible through the app/home computer when out of the office. It would be great if we could customize templates better so that are unique to our organizational needs and events. Customer service has always been exceptional.

GBDefinitely an upgrade! Our last donor management software was very outdated and was hard to manage. Moving to DonorPerfect was one of the best decisions we have made on our development team. Through detailed tracking of trends, we can make more informed decisions on how to spend our fundraising dollars.
