Definitely an upgrade! Our last donor management software was very outdated and was hard to manage. Moving to DonorPerfect was one of the best decisions we have made on our development team. Through detailed tracking of trends, we can make more informed decisions on how to spend our fundraising dollars. Crowdfunding for RSG 2020 We are still in our first crowding campaign. So far...we are doing well. Overall, DonorPerfect has been a huge benefit to our ability to grow and manage our donor base.We are still learning and finding ways to improve. The DonorPerfect team is very responsive in requesting and listening to our needs and making adjustments when to solve for the users of DonerPerfect. Much appreciated. As changes continue in our world, DP is willing to change with the needs.

Impressive platform / costs not perfectly explained. Impressive platform and it sounded easy and clear. As we were signing up and reading our agreement we realized more questions were in order and PayPal, if used would have to be manually entered in to the system. This adds some cost to using Donor Perfect and another detail when clarified had to be added so our cost went up a little more. We still think we’ll benefit from your product and look forward to getting it set up.
