We use this system to send our EOY letters and emails. Again, very easy to do, especially since these tasks are infrequent. Their customer service is beyond compare and wish all services were just as helpful and positive! They assist with minor items as well as complex and always go above and beyond to help. Thank you!

GBThe Best The Best! Donor Perfect is a wonderful CRM. It offers everything we need for gift entry, reporting tools, Quickbooks integration, monthly giving, CC processing, constant contact, giving campaign pages, and more. Customer service and help chat are excellent as well. The updates to the site are always well thought out and they walk you through any changes. The Knowledgebase and Suggest & Vote sections are great and show that the company really listens to our ideas.

I was so impressed by the information presented in such a concise and clear way It gave me the quick tips i needed and the amazing support to do it. Their support staff quickly went into high gear to continue the amazing help that i rely on and in addition still managed to also roll out a new release with many nice changes. Impressive!!!
