One word... IMPRESSED!!! Donor perfect responded so quickly with tons of new info and guidance during this crazy time. I was so impressed by the information presented in such a concise and clear way It gave me the quick tips i needed and the amazing support to do it. Their support staff quickly went into high gear to continue the amazing help that i rely on and in addition still managed to also roll out a new release with many nice changes. Impressive!!!

Donor Perfect provides the needs we… Donor Perfect provides the needs we have as a small non-profit (one full time, two casual employees). Data entry is easy, and the program is accessible through the app/home computer when out of the office. It would be great if we could customize templates better so that are unique to our organizational needs and events. Customer service has always been exceptional.

Definitely an upgrade! Our last donor management software was very outdated and was hard to manage. Moving to DonorPerfect was one of the best decisions we have made on our development team. Through detailed tracking of trends, we can make more informed decisions on how to spend our fundraising dollars.
