Matt made the entire sales experience easy, informative and fun. Yes, fun. If Matt is an example of customer service I will receive implementing and managing our DonorPerfect CRM - wow! CADonor Perfect provides the needs we… Donor Perfect provides the needs we have as a small non-profit (one full time, two casual employees). Data entry is easy, and the program is accessible through the app/home computer when out of the office. It would be great if we could customize templates better so that are unique to our organizational needs and events. Customer service has always been exceptional.

GBImpressive platform / costs not perfectly explained. Impressive platform and it sounded easy and clear. As we were signing up and reading our agreement we realized more questions were in order and PayPal, if used would have to be manually entered in to the system. This adds some cost to using Donor Perfect and another detail when clarified had to be added so our cost went up a little more. We still think we’ll benefit from your product and look forward to getting it set up.

GBSo far Jorden has been very responsive… So far Jorden has been very responsive and quick to get us onboarded...I will be able to tell you more in a week or 2 when I see how well the onboarding process goes...
