Impressive platform / costs not perfectly explained. Impressive platform and it sounded easy and clear. As we were signing up and reading our agreement we realized more questions were in order and PayPal, if used would have to be manually entered in to the system. This adds some cost to using Donor Perfect and another detail when clarified had to be added so our cost went up a little more. We still think we’ll benefit from your product and look forward to getting it set up.

Excellent Customer Service Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful! Working with him helped me realize I made the right choice with DonorPerfect. To me, customer service is everything. Matt made the entire sales experience easy, informative and fun. Yes, fun. If Matt is an example of customer service I will receive implementing and managing our DonorPerfect CRM - wow! Matt told me all about the company - and it is employee owned. Makes me feel even better about my decision. Thank you Matt!!!!

DonorPerfect is good but could be better I really like DonorPerfect, with a few exceptions. Report writing and forms building isn’t necessarily intuitive. While I do t have a lot of experience, when I try to get a simple report or want to create a new form, it’s just not as easy as I think it might be.

Donor Perfect is a great donor… Donor Perfect is a great donor management system. So easy to check donor information, add donors/gifts and events. We use this system to send our EOY letters and emails. Again, very easy to do, especially since these tasks are infrequent. Their customer service is beyond compare and wish all services were just as helpful and positive! They assist with minor items as well as complex and always go above and beyond to help. Thank you!
