GBDonor Perfect is a great donor… Donor Perfect is a great donor management system. So easy to check donor information, add donors/gifts and events. We use this system to send our EOY letters and emails. Again, very easy to do, especially since these tasks are infrequent. Their customer service is beyond compare and wish all services were just as helpful and positive! They assist with minor items as well as complex and always go above and beyond to help. Thank you!

GBExcellent experience Andrew Shaw patiently walked us through the entire process, met with all stakeholders, explained intricacies of the platform. We felt confident making this decision because of the various capabilities of the project, and primarily because of Andrew's deep knowledge and understanding.

They also continue to upgrade to meet needs for fundraisers like having immediate thank you letters/emails for each gift easily mail merged.

GBDefinitely an upgrade! Our last donor management software was very outdated and was hard to manage. Moving to DonorPerfect was one of the best decisions we have made on our development team. Through detailed tracking of trends, we can make more informed decisions on how to spend our fundraising dollars. I look forward to all the ways we can use this software to engage our current donors and reach new ones!

GBVery expensive Very expensive (more than $5 a day for me). The onboarding process normally begins with a phone call, scheduled, at least for me, more than a week after I purchased the product. Had I not asked for a username and password right away, I would have had to wait. The product is designed to help you raise money, and it does that well, with tips not merely technical along the way. I feel a bit sick spending about two grand a year on software, but I bit the bullet and did it. We'll see...
