If they don't have an answer right away, the work on getting you an answer as quickly as possible. They also continue to upgrade to meet needs for fundraisers like having immediate thank you letters/emails for each gift easily mail merged.

GBSuzanne my sales consultant was great Suzanne my sales consultant was great, process has been smooth. Only thing I would comment on is the initial payment process. IT is a little confusing and I ended up with a second balance of $1.44 I had to pay separately because I didnt add something right. A direct link with the invoice cost already populated would be nice but thats nitpicking. So far so great.

GBDonor Perfect is a great donor… Donor Perfect is a great donor management system. So easy to check donor information, add donors/gifts and events. We use this system to send our EOY letters and emails. Again, very easy to do, especially since these tasks are infrequent. Their customer service is beyond compare and wish all services were just as helpful and positive! They assist with minor items as well as complex and always go above and beyond to help. Thank you!
