Definitely an upgrade! Our last donor management software was very outdated and was hard to manage. Moving to DonorPerfect was one of the best decisions we have made on our development team. Always there to support Every single time I reach out for support or with a question, the DonorPerfect team jumps in to help and quickly respond. If they don't have an answer right away, the work on getting you an answer as quickly as possible. They also continue to upgrade to meet needs for fundraisers like having immediate thank you letters/emails for each gift easily mail merged.

The Best The Best! Donor Perfect is a wonderful CRM. It offers everything we need for gift entry, reporting tools, Quickbooks integration, monthly giving, CC processing, constant contact, giving campaign pages, and more. Customer service and help chat are excellent as well. The updates to the site are always well thought out and they walk you through any changes. The Knowledgebase and Suggest & Vote sections are great and show that the company really listens to our ideas.
