It offers everything we need for gift entry, reporting tools, Quickbooks integration, monthly giving, CC processing, constant contact, giving campaign pages, and more. Customer service and help chat are excellent as well. The updates to the site are always well thought out and they walk you through any changes. The Knowledgebase and Suggest & Vote sections are great and show that the company really listens to our ideas.

Having access to Knowledgebase is very helpful when you don't quite understand something and you want a quick reference. Very easy to create your own screen as to how you want it to look. If you get a chance to take the Digging Deeper Seminar I suggest it, so worth it, very helpful and full of great information.
