Excellent Customer Service Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful! Working with him helped me realize I made the right choice with DonorPerfect. To me, customer service is everything. Matt made the entire sales experience easy, informative and fun. Yes, fun. If Matt is an example of customer service I will receive implementing and managing our DonorPerfect CRM - wow! Definitely an upgrade! Our last donor management software was very outdated and was hard to manage. Moving to DonorPerfect was one of the best decisions we have made on our development team. The Best The Best! Donor Perfect is a wonderful CRM. It offers everything we need for gift entry, reporting tools, Quickbooks integration, monthly giving, CC processing, constant contact, giving campaign pages, and more. Customer service and help chat are excellent as well. The updates to the site are always well thought out and they walk you through any changes. The Knowledgebase and Suggest & Vote sections are great and show that the company really listens to our ideas.

DonorPerfect is good but could be better I really like DonorPerfect, with a few exceptions. Report writing and forms building isn’t necessarily intuitive. While I do t have a lot of experience, when I try to get a simple report or want to create a new form, it’s just not as easy as I think it might be.
