Crowdfunding for RSG 2020 We are still in our first crowding campaign. So far...we are doing well. Overall, DonorPerfect has been a huge benefit to our ability to grow and manage our donor base.We are still learning and finding ways to improve. The DonorPerfect team is very responsive in requesting and listening to our needs and making adjustments when to solve for the users of DonerPerfect. Much appreciated. As changes continue in our world, DP is willing to change with the needs.

Suzanne my sales consultant was great Suzanne my sales consultant was great, process has been smooth. Only thing I would comment on is the initial payment process. IT is a little confusing and I ended up with a second balance of $1.44 I had to pay separately because I didnt add something right. A direct link with the invoice cost already populated would be nice but thats nitpicking. So far so great.

Very expensive Very expensive (more than $5 a day for me). The onboarding process normally begins with a phone call, scheduled, at least for me, more than a week after I purchased the product. Had I not asked for a username and password right away, I would have had to wait. The product is designed to help you raise money, and it does that well, with tips not merely technical along the way. I feel a bit sick spending about two grand a year on software, but I bit the bullet and did it. We'll see...

Always there to support Every single time I reach out for support or with a question, the DonorPerfect team jumps in to help and quickly respond. If they don't have an answer right away, the work on getting you an answer as quickly as possible. They also continue to upgrade to meet needs for fundraisers like having immediate thank you letters/emails for each gift easily mail merged.
