GBCrowdfunding for RSG 2020 We are still in our first crowding campaign. So far...we are doing well. Overall, DonorPerfect has been a huge benefit to our ability to grow and manage our donor base.We are still learning and finding ways to improve. The DonorPerfect team is very responsive in requesting and listening to our needs and making adjustments when to solve for the users of DonerPerfect. Much appreciated. As changes continue in our world, DP is willing to change with the needs.

GBVery expensive Very expensive (more than $5 a day for me). The onboarding process normally begins with a phone call, scheduled, at least for me, more than a week after I purchased the product. Had I not asked for a username and password right away, I would have had to wait. The product is designed to help you raise money, and it does that well, with tips not merely technical along the way. I feel a bit sick spending about two grand a year on software, but I bit the bullet and did it. We'll see...

GBSo far Jorden has been very responsive… So far Jorden has been very responsive and quick to get us onboarded...I will be able to tell you more in a week or 2 when I see how well the onboarding process goes...

GBDonor Perfect is a great donor… Donor Perfect is a great donor management system. So easy to check donor information, add donors/gifts and events. We use this system to send our EOY letters and emails. Again, very easy to do, especially since these tasks are infrequent. Their customer service is beyond compare and wish all services were just as helpful and positive! They assist with minor items as well as complex and always go above and beyond to help. Thank you!

Matt made the entire sales experience easy, informative and fun. Yes, fun. If Matt is an example of customer service I will receive implementing and managing our DonorPerfect CRM - wow!
