Excellent Customer Service Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful! Working with him helped me realize I made the right choice with DonorPerfect. To me, customer service is everything. Matt made the entire sales experience easy, informative and fun. Yes, fun. If Matt is an example of customer service I will receive implementing and managing our DonorPerfect CRM - wow! Matt told me all about the company - and it is employee owned. Makes me feel even better about my decision. Thank you Matt!!!!

Suzanne my sales consultant was great Suzanne my sales consultant was great, process has been smooth. Only thing I would comment on is the initial payment process. IT is a little confusing and I ended up with a second balance of $1.44 I had to pay separately because I didnt add something right. A direct link with the invoice cost already populated would be nice but thats nitpicking. So far so great.

Donor Perfect has been Great Donor Perfect has been Great! The reports are very helpful and customizable for our nonprofit needs. Fairly easy to navigate. Support is excellent! Having access to Knowledgebase is very helpful when you don't quite understand something and you want a quick reference. Very easy to create your own screen as to how you want it to look. If you get a chance to take the Digging Deeper Seminar I suggest it, so worth it, very helpful and full of great information.

Donor Perfect provides the needs we… Donor Perfect provides the needs we have as a small non-profit (one full time, two casual employees). Data entry is easy, and the program is accessible through the app/home computer when out of the office. It would be great if we could customize templates better so that are unique to our organizational needs and events. Customer service has always been exceptional.
