GBOne word... IMPRESSED!!! Donor perfect responded so quickly with tons of new info and guidance during this crazy time. I was so impressed by the information presented in such a concise and clear way It gave me the quick tips i needed and the amazing support to do it. Their support staff quickly went into high gear to continue the amazing help that i rely on and in addition still managed to also roll out a new release with many nice changes. Impressive!!!

GBNonprofit User I have not been using DonorPerfect for a long time, but I wish pulling reports were smoother. Also, being able to label donors without flags. I'm not sure if there is another way to do that, but it's difficult pulling donors or stakeholders, sorting them, and realizing they have a paragraph worth of flags. I am participating in training next week with my organization. I hope these items become more evident.

GBDefinitely an upgrade! Our last donor management software was very outdated and was hard to manage. Moving to DonorPerfect was one of the best decisions we have made on our development team. Through detailed tracking of trends, we can make more informed decisions on how to spend our fundraising dollars. I look forward to all the ways we can use this software to engage our current donors and reach new ones!

GBDonor Perfect is a great donor… Donor Perfect is a great donor management system. So easy to check donor information, add donors/gifts and events. We use this system to send our EOY letters and emails. Again, very easy to do, especially since these tasks are infrequent. Their customer service is beyond compare and wish all services were just as helpful and positive! They assist with minor items as well as complex and always go above and beyond to help. Thank you!
