If they don't have an answer right away, the work on getting you an answer as quickly as possible. They also continue to upgrade to meet needs for fundraisers like having immediate thank you letters/emails for each gift easily mail merged.

It offers everything we need for gift entry, reporting tools, Quickbooks integration, monthly giving, CC processing, constant contact, giving campaign pages, and more. Customer service and help chat are excellent as well. The updates to the site are always well thought out and they walk you through any changes. The Knowledgebase and Suggest & Vote sections are great and show that the company really listens to our ideas.

GBSuzanne my sales consultant was great Suzanne my sales consultant was great, process has been smooth. Only thing I would comment on is the initial payment process. IT is a little confusing and I ended up with a second balance of $1.44 I had to pay separately because I didnt add something right. A direct link with the invoice cost already populated would be nice but thats nitpicking. So far so great.
