GBDefinitely an upgrade! Our last donor management software was very outdated and was hard to manage. Moving to DonorPerfect was one of the best decisions we have made on our development team. Through detailed tracking of trends, we can make more informed decisions on how to spend our fundraising dollars. GBDonor Perfect has been Great Donor Perfect has been Great! The reports are very helpful and customizable for our nonprofit needs. Fairly easy to navigate. Support is excellent! Having access to Knowledgebase is very helpful when you don't quite understand something and you want a quick reference. Very easy to create your own screen as to how you want it to look. If you get a chance to take the Digging Deeper Seminar I suggest it, so worth it, very helpful and full of great information.

CADonor Perfect provides the needs we… Donor Perfect provides the needs we have as a small non-profit (one full time, two casual employees). Data entry is easy, and the program is accessible through the app/home computer when out of the office. It would be great if we could customize templates better so that are unique to our organizational needs and events. Customer service has always been exceptional.

GBDonorPerfect is good but could be better I really like DonorPerfect, with a few exceptions. Report writing and forms building isn’t necessarily intuitive. While I do t have a lot of experience, when I try to get a simple report or want to create a new form, it’s just not as easy as I think it might be.

GBSo far Jorden has been very responsive… So far Jorden has been very responsive and quick to get us onboarded...I will be able to tell you more in a week or 2 when I see how well the onboarding process goes...
