Excellent Customer Service Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful! Working with him helped me realize I made the right choice with DonorPerfect. To me, customer service is everything. Matt made the entire sales experience easy, informative and fun. Yes, fun. If Matt is an example of customer service I will receive implementing and managing our DonorPerfect CRM - wow! Donor Perfect is a great donor… Donor Perfect is a great donor management system. So easy to check donor information, add donors/gifts and events. We use this system to send our EOY letters and emails. Again, very easy to do, especially since these tasks are infrequent. Their customer service is beyond compare and wish all services were just as helpful and positive! They assist with minor items as well as complex and always go above and beyond to help. Thank you!

One word... IMPRESSED!!! Donor perfect responded so quickly with tons of new info and guidance during this crazy time. I was so impressed by the information presented in such a concise and clear way It gave me the quick tips i needed and the amazing support to do it. Their support staff quickly went into high gear to continue the amazing help that i rely on and in addition still managed to also roll out a new release with many nice changes. Impressive!!!
