GBCustomer Support - One-on-One Training I scheduled a separate, one-on-one meeting with Gina Salisbury after the 2nd Zoom group meeting. Gina was awesome! She was patient, answered all questions, and did a live demo with me, which was easy to follow, as I felt the first video went very fast. GBSignix had videos to help understand… Signix had videos to help understand the process. But the frosting on the cake was Gina. She was informative, helpful and all around professional. I felt that if I have questions later she would go out of her way to help me. Great personality and a good face for your company.

GBFrom initial purchase to training From initial purchase to training, each member of my onboarding team were attentive, knowledgeable, and provided answers and additional slides (Gina) when asked. I would recommend this company to anyone.

GBIt's a little clunky with having to set… It's a little clunky with having to set up zoom separate from signing. You need more templates especially for the date. Date should be auto fill for notarizing documents. My boss doesn't like it but for now we're going to give it a try.
