GBThis software is a pain to my brain This software is a pain to my brain. Software definitely needs improvement. Whoever designed this needs to use it. Drawing all these boxes is stupid and time consuming. Why can't the form pop up with fill in fields? Nope, that's too easy. Ridiculous software. Going to decommission my notary.

GBNot as easy to use as I expected Not as easy to use as I expected. I was hoping my clients could use easily on mobile devices but it is designed more for desktops with cameras. Support staff is great but logistics of operating were not where I had hoped.

GBCustomer Support - One-on-One Training I scheduled a separate, one-on-one meeting with Gina Salisbury after the 2nd Zoom group meeting. Gina was awesome! She was patient, answered all questions, and did a live demo with me, which was easy to follow, as I felt the first video went very fast.
