GBGreat customer service Waverly is very responsive and did the state set up and the notary training for me quickly since I need to notarize right away. I few minor changes would be nice, like being able to delete any suspended transactions, and to delete my own templates.

GBThis software is a pain to my brain This software is a pain to my brain. Software definitely needs improvement. Whoever designed this needs to use it. Drawing all these boxes is stupid and time consuming. Why can't the form pop up with fill in fields? Nope, that's too easy. Ridiculous software. Going to decommission my notary.

GBIt's a little clunky with having to set… It's a little clunky with having to set up zoom separate from signing. You need more templates especially for the date. Date should be auto fill for notarizing documents. My boss doesn't like it but for now we're going to give it a try.
