USHighly Recommend I used the template lease agreements which made it easy to write each rental agreement. Used it from 2014 until I sold the property in September 2023. I had my tenants pay the monthly rent using leaserunner and never received a late payment. Highly recommend.

USI use Leaserunner in my property… I use Leaserunner in my property leasing business. It makes the job of collecting rent payments much better. Tenants pay more reliably. There are some things that Leasrunner wants to do that I don't use - like managing my leases. And that can make it less intuitive to integrate into my business, but i am happy that ACH payments are possible.

USHorrible Horrible Two tenant screening reports and applicationsfor Brandy Fagan and Josh P were completed, showed up in lease runner for a day or so and are now totally missing in action. I submitted an email request to have you look into it and have not heard back from you. The signed leases that my tenants signed have never come back to me for signature. Major fail
