GBLeaseRunner removes the direct contact… LeaseRunner removes the direct contact negatives, Like people suspicious of handing personal information over to another who may or may not be legit. I had a applicant accuse me of being a personal information thief! It was all a distraction, Turns out she was a twice evicted train wreck with terrible credit. Now using LeaseRunner, there is a third element and the process is between applicant and LeaseRunner. I get my reports and nothing more. Completing the process all on line in as little as 1 hour!
