USBest Tenant Review Tools! Best Tenant Review Tools! The nationwide eviction search, together with the financials review allows me to see if an applicant can afford the rent they're applying for. And setting up online payments (that the tenant pays for....bonus) is sooo much better than messing with checks. I use LeaseRunner on all 3 of my current rental properties and used to have 7 before selling some.
