She has been most helpful throughout my 1 year history investing into New Form IRA though my AltoIRA account. She is efficient, incredibly competent and very helpful. She is also very easy to talk to and patiently helps my firm through the investment and onboarding process. Lindsey is an asset to Alto - please take good care of her.

Horrible firm to work with Horrible firm to work with; AVOID. I'm on my third week trying to get my money out of this institution. Customer support is non-existent, fees are HIGH and performance is terrible compared to ANY institution that does the same thing.

A live person answered… It was nice that a live person answered my call. And he was knowledgeable and was able to assist me in completing the transaction I was experiencing a problem with. No phone tree hell to navigate first!

Unable to log in - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE For the past 1 week - I am unable to log into my account because it says “your account is unavailable at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience”. I have written number of emails to help desk but NO response. I am looking to rollover money but I am having serious doubts. Called up customer service but they have no idea what’s going on - they are not adept at handling such questions. The company has raised over $50M+ but such poor tech and customer service. No one has followed up. Edit: Its been 3 days and Alto was unable to access the tickets raised due to a "technical glitch" - This is madness :) Edit #2: It’s been 1.5 weeks and finally my account is back up and running.
