USGreat Customer Service Being a beginner crypto investor with limited computer skills, the folks at Alto were very patient and kind in helping me navigate online to set up and manage my account. They helped with moving funds into and out of my wallet. Once I walked through the process it wasn't as complicated as I thought. Everything you need is explained and if you have questions they have answers. They are very professional. You couldn't ask for better service.

USHorrible firm to work with Horrible firm to work with; AVOID. I'm on my third week trying to get my money out of this institution. Customer support is non-existent, fees are HIGH and performance is terrible compared to ANY institution that does the same thing.

USThe company has completely broken trust… The company has completely broken trust by increasing annual subscription fees by 400% even on previously existing accounts they are assuming will be trapped with them. So if one invests $30,000, they are now going to charge $400 per year --> So over my 30 year IRA investment lifetime, they will have charged at least $12,000 on these investments, assuming they don't decide to raise their fees again... It's despicable and poorly thought out. I had hoped to invest much more with this year but am sadly now looking for other options.

USBy Far The Best I have now made four invetments through ALTO IRA. Everything has been smooth and when I needed questions answered, they were answered anD actions commenced within MINUTES. I have three other Self-Directed IRA vendors, and ALTO is the best (by a lot).
