USUnable to log in - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE For the past 1 week - I am unable to log into my account because it says “your account is unavailable at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience”. I have written number of emails to help desk but NO response. I am looking to rollover money but I am having serious doubts. Called up customer service but they have no idea what’s going on - they are not adept at handling such questions. The company has raised over $50M+ but such poor tech and customer service. No one has followed up. Edit: Its been 3 days and Alto was unable to access the tickets raised due to a "technical glitch" - This is madness :) Edit #2: It’s been 1.5 weeks and finally my account is back up and running.

USGreat experience over the past three… Great experience over the past three years. When I had an issue with my rollover from my traditional IRA, they reached out right away before I even realized there was an issue and resolved it quickly. Jennifer even called after the issue was resolved to ensure my acting was good and I was satisfied!

USA live person answered… It was nice that a live person answered my call. And he was knowledgeable and was able to assist me in completing the transaction I was experiencing a problem with. No phone tree hell to navigate first!
