Unable to log in - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE For the past 1 week - I am unable to log into my account because it says “your account is unavailable at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience”. I have written number of emails to help desk but NO response. I am looking to rollover money but I am having serious doubts. Called up customer service but they have no idea what’s going on - they are not adept at handling such questions. The company has raised over $50M+ but such poor tech and customer service. No one has followed up. Edit: Its been 3 days and Alto was unable to access the tickets raised due to a "technical glitch" - This is madness :) Edit #2: It’s been 1.5 weeks and finally my account is back up and running.

Great experience over the past three… Great experience over the past three years. When I had an issue with my rollover from my traditional IRA, they reached out right away before I even realized there was an issue and resolved it quickly. Jennifer even called after the issue was resolved to ensure my acting was good and I was satisfied!

The support staff helped me regain… The support staff helped me regain access to my account and they were courteous of my time. Very pleasant experience to say the least.

A live person answered… It was nice that a live person answered my call. And he was knowledgeable and was able to assist me in completing the transaction I was experiencing a problem with. No phone tree hell to navigate first!
