GBSticking to what you promised Starry promised that the service price of $30 would never go up, 14 months later the price raised to $45. I was also promised a visa gift card for signing up, never received it. They claim the representative did not put the information in before the cut off date,so this is why I did not receive the gift card. ( Not my fault).Internet service is great, but trust worthiness not so great.

GB5 Star service Prior to moving from my old place, I had never heard of Starry. A representative knocked on my door one day and told me all about them. I was convinced mostly due to their very affordable rates. Switching from AT&T to Starry was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Starry has provided great and uninterrupted internet service for me. I have yet to have a problem. I'm very satisfied with them and will continue to give them my business.

GBGreat Customer Service I have been a customer for almost 5 years and the main benefit compared to other service providers is Starry's excellent customer service and response time. Internet goes in and out in our building often because of the age of the building (not just Starry internet), but Starry is consistently the most helpful provider. Their app also makes it easy to check on the internet and request help when needed

GBDisappointed Gamer: A Brutally Honest Review of Starry WiFi As an avid gamer who relies heavily on a stable internet connection, I recently made the switch to Starry WiFi, enticed by promises of fast and reliable service. However, my experience with Starry has been nothing short of a nightmare, especially when compared to my previous provider, Spectrum. One of the key metrics for gamers is ping, and my transition from Spectrum to Starry was like going from heaven to hell. While with Spectrum, I consistently enjoyed a ping of 0-10 milliseconds, with Starry, I've experienced ping fluctuations ranging from 40 to a mind-boggling 300 milliseconds. These lag spikes are not just inconvenient; they're downright unacceptable for anyone serious about gaming. Starry's claim of providing fast WiFi falls flat on its face in my experience. Instead of consistent speeds, I've encountered erratic performance that can't be attributed to anything other than poor network infrastructure or oversubscribed connections. The inconsistency is frustrating, to say the least, especially when gaming requires split-second reactions and precision. Furthermore, the lag spikes I've experienced with Starry are not just occasional nuisances; they're disruptive and frequent. Imagine being in the middle of a crucial gaming moment, only for your connection to falter, leaving you vulnerable to attacks or causing you to miss out on opportunities. It's infuriating and ruins the gaming experience entirely. In conclusion, if you're a gamer considering Starry WiFi, I urge you to think twice. Despite their claims of providing fast WiFi, my firsthand experience suggests otherwise. The drastic increase in ping, coupled with the horrendous lag spikes, makes gaming on Starry WiFi a frustrating endeavor. Until Starry can prove that they're capable of delivering on their promises and providing a stable and consistent internet connection, I'll be looking elsewhere for my gaming needs
