GBNot honoring their word regarding future add-ons I've held an unlimited Developer license for 12 years. Gravity Forms stated that "Future add-ons released for Gravity Forms will be available at no cost for developers." This is no longer true.

GBGravity Forms is my go-to form tool! Gravity Forms is my go-to form tool! As a web designer, I have not found any other Wordpress form application that is as easy to update and has as many features as Gravity Forms. I use Gravity Forms on my own site for client intake, surveys and more. For clients, I have used Gravity Forms for event / class registrations, donations, job applications and so many other use cases. I also love the extension options for things like payment processing. Bottom line, other form tools wish they could be as robust and easy to use as Gravity Forms. I honestly would pay triple for what it costs, because I use it that much and it is so worth the price.

GBYou need to send my 2 years money back… You need to send my 2 years money back ASAP to my account those you have taken out from my account without my permission.

GBGravity Forms is a very useful… Gravity Forms is a very useful Wordpress App that hasn't failed in the years I've been using it on other websites long before I bought in on it for my own.

CHIt's probably top 3 of all form… It's probably top 3 of all form plugins, but lacks the following things holding it back for years: 1. Feature Request Portal for loyal customers like canny.io, where we could easily add bugs and requests! You should not make it hard for people to give feedback and vote on it! Especially when we pay high amounts yearly. 2. Styling, theme, and looks are just super ugly and outdated. 3. Hard to change the styling, even with CSS it's a big mess to change field sizes, centering etc. 4. In an era of Typeform and Jotform, Gravity should be much more modern with buttonized checkboxes/multi-select lists, auto-continue after entry, continue by pressing enter, etc. 5. CRM integrations are lacking, it's well integrated but there are many essential things missing, like company fields, which force one to buy another expensive plugin from a third-party seller. 6. No integration with push services like One Signal 7. Many basic things missing, like international phone prefix selector etc. which then has to be bought again from third-party vendors... 8. Lack of deep integration with industry-standard builders as Cornerstone and Elementor
