Great product, terrible pricing for existing/ongoing customers I love Gravity Forms, but I don't love their refusal to honour existing customers when they have major sales like Black Friday. Last year (2023) for Black Friday they had 50% off for new licences, but nothing for those of us with renewals in November. I contacted their sales team who said "The Black Friday pricing applies to new license purchases, not renewals or upgrades." So, I simply cancelled my existing licence and signed up for a new one, which saved me hundreds of dollars. It would be great if I didn't have to do this…
