Great product, terrible pricing for existing/ongoing customers I love Gravity Forms, but I don't love their refusal to honour existing customers when they have major sales like Black Friday. Last year (2023) for Black Friday they had 50% off for new licences, but nothing for those of us with renewals in November. I contacted their sales team who said "The Black Friday pricing applies to new license purchases, not renewals or upgrades." So, I simply cancelled my existing licence and signed up for a new one, which saved me hundreds of dollars. It would be great if I didn't have to do this…

Gravity Forms' tech support is amazing Gravity Forms' tech support is amazing! They have helped me figure out custom approaches to designing my systems, to CSS code snippets, and they are quick about it too! Usually within 24 hours, if not 3 hours. I am so grateful for Gravity Forms and their tech and customer support teams!!!

Gravity Forms processes our online payments cheaply and well For processing our membership payments and dinner reservations, etc. thru PayPal, Gravity Forms works and notifies us of each transaction, provides an audit trail. I could not find a better solution for the price.
