Trip to Japan - April 2024 I was thoroughly impressed with the delivery of the service (in app) and the reliability - I have already recommended your services to other people before they go to Japan. This was much better than using a pocket wifi. The only glitch was when I couldn't check the "balance" of my usage as often it would say ERROR - but it seemed to update in real time and I didn't go over my 10 GB purchase. Ubigi eSIM Ubigi Provides a simpler, cheaper, more flexible solution to obtaining phone data when abroad. If not used to eSims it might be a little confusing at first, but customer service is fast and effective. The future?

Perfect! I could get just the right amount of data for my trip. Setup and purchase was incredibly easy! I will definitely use Ubigi again. Coverage was great, even in rural areas of Japan.
