Ubigi eSIM Ubigi Provides a simpler, cheaper, more flexible solution to obtaining phone data when abroad. If not used to eSims it might be a little confusing at first, but customer service is fast and effective. The future?

Trip to Japan - April 2024 I was thoroughly impressed with the delivery of the service (in app) and the reliability - I have already recommended your services to other people before they go to Japan. This was much better than using a pocket wifi. The only glitch was when I couldn't check the "balance" of my usage as often it would say ERROR - but it seemed to update in real time and I didn't go over my 10 GB purchase. Ubigi Works well in Japan. Ubigi Works well in Japan. Some strange apple reporting on data usage worried me a bit, but apparently it was just Apple over reporting usage. Maybe a FAQ about this would be good.

connection always dropped out and didnt work on most phones connection always dropped out and couldn't find the service. I told my family to use it and half the phones didn't work. we only really got it as extra data on top of our roaming plans, but we really didn't need this service much at all in the end.

Buggy and no support help I topped up my plan and my eSIM broke. Removed it and restarted my phone but it wouldn’t let me reinstall for some reason (kept getting errors) so I tried to reach out for support only to find your websites certificate expired which meant I couldn’t access it at all in Safari. Gave up and just did a charge back with my credit company and enabled AT&Ts international plan… Edit: Absolutely LOVE the canned response from their support team. I have screenshots of the error I received trying to re-add the eSIM (followed their instructions exactly) and the error about their certificate expiration, so yea… absolutely garbage response from their team, their product is just whack.
