Ubigi eSIM Ubigi Provides a simpler, cheaper, more flexible solution to obtaining phone data when abroad. If not used to eSims it might be a little confusing at first, but customer service is fast and effective. The future?

Perfect! I could get just the right amount of data for my trip. Setup and purchase was incredibly easy! I will definitely use Ubigi again. Coverage was great, even in rural areas of Japan.

Buggy and no support help I topped up my plan and my eSIM broke. Removed it and restarted my phone but it wouldn’t let me reinstall for some reason (kept getting errors) so I tried to reach out for support only to find your websites certificate expired which meant I couldn’t access it at all in Safari. Gave up and just did a charge back with my credit company and enabled AT&Ts international plan… Edit: Absolutely LOVE the canned response from their support team. I have screenshots of the error I received trying to re-add the eSIM (followed their instructions exactly) and the error about their certificate expiration, so yea… absolutely garbage response from their team, their product is just whack.

Ubigi Works well in Japan. Ubigi Works well in Japan. Some strange apple reporting on data usage worried me a bit, but apparently it was just Apple over reporting usage. Maybe a FAQ about this would be good.
