Great way to stay connected at a fraction of the cost Currently abroad and have to say it’s been amazing staying connected with Ubigi. Easy to purchase and install and already functioning (so long as you’ve activated your sim) as soon as you arrive.

It was a little complicated but the service and support team were great It was a little complicated getting the service set up for our phones. We weren't aware that we had to pay off our phone first before being able to utalize this service. Also, it was confusing linking up the eSim to our phones. However, nonetheless after getting it all set up, it worked amazing. The support team was very helpful in refunds and setting everything up.

Trip to Japan - April 2024 I was thoroughly impressed with the delivery of the service (in app) and the reliability - I have already recommended your services to other people before they go to Japan. This was much better than using a pocket wifi. The only glitch was when I couldn't check the "balance" of my usage as often it would say ERROR - but it seemed to update in real time and I didn't go over my 10 GB purchase. connection always dropped out and didnt work on most phones connection always dropped out and couldn't find the service. I told my family to use it and half the phones didn't work. we only really got it as extra data on top of our roaming plans, but we really didn't need this service much at all in the end.
