JPPoor customer support Ordered 2 esims for Japan data. Was able to install on one device, but not on the 2nd. Even after installation, device 1 did not have data (activation missing perhaps). Raised complaints on ubigi support for both orders - no response. No option to email or call customer service. Terrible experience overall. Edit-26.04.2024: No response from the support team, even 3 days later. Note: To continue with our vacation, we ordered esims from Airalo and Nomad, and both devices were working fine.

GBGreat way to stay connected at a fraction of the cost Currently abroad and have to say it’s been amazing staying connected with Ubigi. Easy to purchase and install and already functioning (so long as you’ve activated your sim) as soon as you arrive.

GBTrip to Europe I had a great experience with this eSim service. I used it in Iceland and Austria. The cost is very reasonable and the connection is outstanding. I will use it again for all my future trips.

JPClear instructions on how to setup… Clear instructions on how to setup correctly the parts that can not be automated by the app. The service itself does exactly as expected, for reasonable prices.

GBIt was a little complicated but the service and support team were great It was a little complicated getting the service set up for our phones. We weren't aware that we had to pay off our phone first before being able to utalize this service. Also, it was confusing linking up the eSim to our phones. However, nonetheless after getting it all set up, it worked amazing. The support team was very helpful in refunds and setting everything up.
