Trip to Europe I had a great experience with this eSim service. I used it in Iceland and Austria. The cost is very reasonable and the connection is outstanding. I will use it again for all my future trips.

Trip to Japan - April 2024 I was thoroughly impressed with the delivery of the service (in app) and the reliability - I have already recommended your services to other people before they go to Japan. This was much better than using a pocket wifi. The only glitch was when I couldn't check the "balance" of my usage as often it would say ERROR - but it seemed to update in real time and I didn't go over my 10 GB purchase. Very satisfied I was very happy with the purchase of my eSim. The installation went smoothly and the internet worked all the time, so no complaints! One thing was that my siblings both got the same eSim, but they went through it much faster for some reason.

Poor customer support Ordered 2 esims for Japan data. Was able to install on one device, but not on the 2nd. Even after installation, device 1 did not have data (activation missing perhaps). Raised complaints on ubigi support for both orders - no response. No option to email or call customer service. Terrible experience overall. Edit-26.04.2024: No response from the support team, even 3 days later. Note: To continue with our vacation, we ordered esims from Airalo and Nomad, and both devices were working fine.
