Trip to Japan - April 2024 I was thoroughly impressed with the delivery of the service (in app) and the reliability - I have already recommended your services to other people before they go to Japan. This was much better than using a pocket wifi. The only glitch was when I couldn't check the "balance" of my usage as often it would say ERROR - but it seemed to update in real time and I didn't go over my 10 GB purchase. Poor customer support Ordered 2 esims for Japan data. Was able to install on one device, but not on the 2nd. Even after installation, device 1 did not have data (activation missing perhaps). Raised complaints on ubigi support for both orders - no response. No option to email or call customer service. Terrible experience overall. Edit-26.04.2024: No response from the support team, even 3 days later. Note: To continue with our vacation, we ordered esims from Airalo and Nomad, and both devices were working fine.

I told my family to use it and half the phones didn't work. we only really got it as extra data on top of our roaming plans, but we really didn't need this service much at all in the end.

Ubigi eSIM Ubigi Provides a simpler, cheaper, more flexible solution to obtaining phone data when abroad. If not used to eSims it might be a little confusing at first, but customer service is fast and effective. The future?
