Trip to Japan - April 2024 I was thoroughly impressed with the delivery of the service (in app) and the reliability - I have already recommended your services to other people before they go to Japan. This was much better than using a pocket wifi. The only glitch was when I couldn't check the "balance" of my usage as often it would say ERROR - but it seemed to update in real time and I didn't go over my 10 GB purchase. It was a little complicated but the service and support team were great It was a little complicated getting the service set up for our phones. We weren't aware that we had to pay off our phone first before being able to utalize this service. Also, it was confusing linking up the eSim to our phones. However, nonetheless after getting it all set up, it worked amazing. The support team was very helpful in refunds and setting everything up.
