Ubigi eSIM Ubigi Provides a simpler, cheaper, more flexible solution to obtaining phone data when abroad. If not used to eSims it might be a little confusing at first, but customer service is fast and effective. The future?

Trip to Japan - April 2024 I was thoroughly impressed with the delivery of the service (in app) and the reliability - I have already recommended your services to other people before they go to Japan. This was much better than using a pocket wifi. The only glitch was when I couldn't check the "balance" of my usage as often it would say ERROR - but it seemed to update in real time and I didn't go over my 10 GB purchase. Bad Internet Reception The experience was very bad and disappointed, especially when you're in the train station. Can't get Internet when you need to travel from one place to another place, even in your own hotel room also couldn't get connected. Very angry and won't use the service again.

Trip to Europe I had a great experience with this eSim service. I used it in Iceland and Austria. The cost is very reasonable and the connection is outstanding. I will use it again for all my future trips.
