GBBuggy and no support help I topped up my plan and my eSIM broke. Removed it and restarted my phone but it wouldn’t let me reinstall for some reason (kept getting errors) so I tried to reach out for support only to find your websites certificate expired which meant I couldn’t access it at all in Safari. Gave up and just did a charge back with my credit company and enabled AT&Ts international plan… Edit: Absolutely LOVE the canned response from their support team. I have screenshots of the error I received trying to re-add the eSIM (followed their instructions exactly) and the error about their certificate expiration, so yea… absolutely garbage response from their team, their product is just whack.

CATrip to Japan - April 2024 I was thoroughly impressed with the delivery of the service (in app) and the reliability - I have already recommended your services to other people before they go to Japan. This was much better than using a pocket wifi. The only glitch was when I couldn't check the "balance" of my usage as often it would say ERROR - but it seemed to update in real time and I didn't go over my 10 GB purchase. Thank you very much again :) Happy Customer X

FRBad Internet Reception The experience was very bad and disappointed, especially when you're in the train station. Can't get Internet when you need to travel from one place to another place, even in your own hotel room also couldn't get connected. Very angry and won't use the service again.

NLDecent Very convenient and easy to set up. However, the used data does not seem very accurate as I barely used any data but it still decreased with 4 GB (out of 10 GB). The app also keeps logging me out when I want to check how much I have left. Next time I would consider using another provider which has unlimited data
