Trip to Japan - April 2024 I was thoroughly impressed with the delivery of the service (in app) and the reliability - I have already recommended your services to other people before they go to Japan. This was much better than using a pocket wifi. The only glitch was when I couldn't check the "balance" of my usage as often it would say ERROR - but it seemed to update in real time and I didn't go over my 10 GB purchase. Great way to stay connected at a fraction of the cost Currently abroad and have to say it’s been amazing staying connected with Ubigi. Easy to purchase and install and already functioning (so long as you’ve activated your sim) as soon as you arrive.

Bad Internet Reception The experience was very bad and disappointed, especially when you're in the train station. Can't get Internet when you need to travel from one place to another place, even in your own hotel room also couldn't get connected. Very angry and won't use the service again.
