USON1 Support is Top Notch! I had a little issue with the previous version of ON1 Photo Raw, but failed to request a refund within the 30-day period. When this new ON1 Photo Raw 2024 upgrade came available, I tried it out, and found it's a huge improvement. Since I only used the 2023 version a few times, I was disappointed that I hadn't request the refund for it. I contacted support to see what they can do to help me. They replied super fast! And gave me an immediate refund for the 2023 version, so I can now purchase the upgrade for ON1 Photo Raw 2024. AMAZING!! I have now got the upgrade, which is awesome, and see why ON1 Support is so highly rated!
