So easy to use for me and my clients! Mighty Networks is the host for two programs I offer: 1) Law of Attraction for Entrepreneurs, and 2) Inner Power Entrepreneur Group Coaching. My membership and group clients clients enjoy the app being separate from social media so they don't go down the wormhole when they plug into my content. Most importantly, the ease of the system makes my daily lesson uploads take only a few minutes, which makes me love using it. It's the perfect platform for me to scale to 7-figures with my offerings. Bad customer service Bad customer service. After I upgraded my app broke and after many days of reaching out to them many times, they didn't respond.

We are loving Mighty Networks. We joined Mighty Networks a few months ago and find their platform to be great for our community. Their employees and support staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Features are easy to use and they are always adding new functionality.

Customer service is poor I find Mighty Networks a good building block but very "Clunky" in that it doesn't always provide an easy solution to my goals. However, the real issue for a low mark is the terrible customer service, when building a site, sometimes we need help and we need it when we are faced with the problem, not one, two or three days later. Why cant Mighty have a small team of customer service agents to deal with an issue - real time? Instead they use A.I alternative and it is just not good enough. I will be looking for an alternative solution if the service stays so poor. The department that reviews TrustPilot comments has posted below, 8 hours later my email to the email address advised and my previous messages (1 and 2 days old) remain unanswered - which is the exact issue.
