I'm able to share transformational courses and On-Demand Practices for my clients while also having an active Community engagement. It's so fun to know that we're all in this together and Mighty Networks is one of the best cocreative tools on the market. Gina's passion radiates through the company, and as an entrepreneur myself, I LOVE that. I'd highly recommend for any entrepreneur as Community is the future.

Mighty Networks is Excellent Mighty Networks is easy to use, intuitive, and their support team is at the ready for any and all issues. I'm not the most tech savvy, so Mighty has REALLY made hosting digital communities as easy and impactful as possible.

Customer service is poor I find Mighty Networks a good building block but very "Clunky" in that it doesn't always provide an easy solution to my goals. However, the real issue for a low mark is the terrible customer service, when building a site, sometimes we need help and we need it when we are faced with the problem, not one, two or three days later. Why cant Mighty have a small team of customer service agents to deal with an issue - real time? Instead they use A.I alternative and it is just not good enough. I will be looking for an alternative solution if the service stays so poor. The department that reviews TrustPilot comments has posted below, 8 hours later my email to the email address advised and my previous messages (1 and 2 days old) remain unanswered - which is the exact issue.

Are you looking for a - feminine and cosy - non-competitive framework where you - easily integrate to Stripe (only, not Paypal) for paid options - you don't need to know any tech - having the best (most useful, most active, most staff-supported) community administrator community I have ever seen Then this might be perfect for you. If you are looking for something where - you may want to energise members by using gamification (like e.g. in "engage and get credibility") - rankings (of the most valuable posting members, most active members, etc.) - best answer functionality and anonymous posting options Then this is not for you.
