But how can I do this to Mighty Networks' team? I can't. MN is way ahead of the game. My friend recently suggested to do groups on Facebook, I looked at him and said, MN is in completely different league. We just can't. From customer service, through product quality to features innovation - a whole new world.

CAA+ Mighty Networks Help Support I appreciate being able to get support quickly when I need help with my community space. I love the regularly scheduled live sessions and the opportunity to ask questions. Mighty Networks is robust and also complex so being able to find help when I need it has been huge.

GBI have 5 groups using Mightnetworks and… I have 5 groups using Mightnetworks and one I cannot get on my computer. It has been a HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE to get help. NO HELP - takes days to get an email only response. I just want access to what I am PAYING FOR. Months later - still no access and it is costing me money and delaying my business ability. I would have used this for my business but after this experience NO WAY.

GBSuper easy to use out of the gate Super easy to use out of the gate, but a bit more difficult to use well. It took us over a year to figure out how to optimize it for our particular situation. But there is plenty of customer service and they are very responsive.

GBMighty Networks provides a superior platform Mighty Networks provides a superior platform for hosting discussions, online courses, and working groups. It also allowed us to better manage an email list in one place. However, the best part of working with MN is their responsiveness to people like me who are hosting groups on their platform. They listen - they really do - you what is working well and where host have some difficulties. They are very open with the development plan and involve users every step along the way. MN also has a great resource to help everyone be successful along the way.
