GBMighty Networks is very responsive to… Mighty Networks is very responsive to any questions I have. They are answered in a very timely manner. They also are informative with providing where I can locate documents or answers to questions for my own reference. If there were 10 stars that is how many stars I would give them. They are phenomenal!

GBI have 5 groups using Mightnetworks and… I have 5 groups using Mightnetworks and one I cannot get on my computer. It has been a HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE to get help. NO HELP - takes days to get an email only response. I just want access to what I am PAYING FOR. Months later - still no access and it is costing me money and delaying my business ability. I would have used this for my business but after this experience NO WAY.

AUVery honest feedback I love leaving honest, unbiased feedback Selfishly, I thought about this one for a few minutes, because I want this platform for myself :). But how can I do this to Mighty Networks' team? I can't. MN is way ahead of the game. My friend recently suggested to do groups on Facebook, I looked at him and said, MN is in completely different league. We just can't. From customer service, through product quality to features innovation - a whole new world.

GBPersonal feeds and payment structure I love your help desk staff. The platform function is fine. What we don't like: 1- The subscription payment for our courses has to be a fixed amount. We run our course using "pay what you want" model. So we end up needing to manage payment other ways which is extremely inconvenient. 2- We don't like that fact that our hosts can not suppress certain posts from circulating to people's feeds.

AUFriendly and Responsive Have been hosting a global community on MN for four years now; the platform is well-integrated now, and the Mighty Team is friendly, respectful, on the ball, and quick to respond. That 5th star would totally be there if a) the interface was less dazzling (simpler for newbies to navigate, in particular) and b) we hosts could be given a better sense of where several key features we've requested are on the development priority list. Some of them have taken years to implement, and some we're still waiting on. This is understandable, of course, given how many people they're looking after.) All that said, MN is far and away the best-of-breed from this long-time host's perspective!
