They also are informative with providing where I can locate documents or answers to questions for my own reference. If there were 10 stars that is how many stars I would give them. They are phenomenal!

We built our entire course library & community on the platform including free public access to the main area, as well as hosting our private high-ticket programs. Managing all the events we offer to our clients has been SO easy thanks to Mighty Networks. Our experience with Customer Support has been consistently positive as well! Friendly and Responsive Have been hosting a global community on MN for four years now; the platform is well-integrated now, and the Mighty Team is friendly, respectful, on the ball, and quick to respond. That 5th star would totally be there if a) the interface was less dazzling (simpler for newbies to navigate, in particular) and b) we hosts could be given a better sense of where several key features we've requested are on the development priority list. Some of them have taken years to implement, and some we're still waiting on. This is understandable, of course, given how many people they're looking after.) All that said, MN is far and away the best-of-breed from this long-time host's perspective!
