GBPositive experience Everyone we talked to was super nice and helpful. The only problem is that there are too many people talking to you. If they had a question regarding our application, we would answer it, then another person would ask the same question. At the same time, if we asked a question, more than one person would answer and once we even got 2 different conflicting answers. That was confusing.

GBEveryone I spoke to/chatted with online… Everyone I spoke to/chatted with online with was very nice, helpful and answered all of my questions. The back and forth to get my previous rental history was kind of taxing but nothing insane. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience. I would recommend this to a friend, but with the warning that this is not going to happen as fast as other rental processes at other places I have rented from. But they do have good customer service from what I have experienced!

GBHave never done this of rental so… Have never done this type of rental so I had lots of hesitation. It turned out ok but I believe your system can be made more user-friendly for older less technical aware clients

GBnot bad everything was okay honestly, but i’m an adult and the person overheard my mom say oh hell no and i said i’ll make the decision and get back as soon as possible and instead i was told “im just gonna cancel your application”. it was cancelled because i “didnt have the money to move in” when i very much did and just needed to think on it being that it was 9pm and it is a huge financial decision to make instantaneously especially at 18. all i needed was a few minutes. but other than that it was ok.
