still waiting for my key I placed an order this morning for a ms office professional plus 2013 and still nothing :( obviously they charged my card with no issues but never received the key.

I want my purchase money back. I have purchased licenses from you more than once. When purchasing the Office 365 license, the key provided did not work for me. It took more than 24 hours to give me a new one. I requested a refund for the purchase and they did not give it to me.

Excellent product I have used Microsoft Office for many years, the reason I upgraded to the new 2021 version was to get the new features and updates which were going to be absolutely required for me.
