Good service Good service! I placed 2 orders same time, made 2 payments for windows 10. After first payment, I do not check spam email as announced, so I continue making the 2nd order and pay. After contact support, I checked my inbox again, to my surprise, 2 keys were sent to me almost immediately. I requested the refund for 2nd payment, because I only need one key. Kepbuy are okay and I got it. Sorry for the inconvenience, and I'd be happy to give them a good review. Added their email to my contacts, and I will definitely buy more months next time!!!

Excellent product I have used Microsoft Office for many years, the reason I upgraded to the new 2021 version was to get the new features and updates which were going to be absolutely required for me. I already bought somewhere else back in 2016 / 2019 and it was a headache to deal with Kepbuy, but everything was smooth for this setup so here I am after they recommended me to leave a review on Trustpilot :)

I want my purchase money back. I have purchased licenses from you more than once. When purchasing the Office 365 license, the key provided did not work for me. It took more than 24 hours to give me a new one. I requested a refund for the purchase and they did not give it to me.
