You buy an office key, but you can't activate it and the support doesn't help I bought an office key. The key didn't work. The support was terrible. The support staff didn't help at all. I reported on Paypal and demanded a refund

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Bought a key, never recieved, even though it should have been sent to my e-mail too. No live chat, noone is answering e-mails.. Don't buy from them, there are better options..

still waiting for my key I placed an order this morning for a ms office professional plus 2013 and still nothing :( obviously they charged my card with no issues but never received the key.

What a SUPER company to do business… What a SUPER company to do business with! I had a problem with the software I had purchased. Rather than just blame my ignorance, this super company refunded my money. You can use KEY SOFTWARE with great confidence. I will!
