GBLee Pintar is the BEST! I have been working with Lee Pintar on several different issues over the past two years. I am so thankful to have someone I can email or call when I have a question or need assistance. He makes every experience a good one and will explain everything in a way I can understand. GBAs a frequent user (I use facilitron… As a frequent user (I use facilitron every week day), I would rate the website as average. I have been using the site for the last six months and I understand there may be more I need to learn with regard to its features. I also understand that my settings may be limited to my authorizations. It would be very helpful if reservations could be located by a search (reservation number, reservation holder, event title, specific date, etc...). That would make my job so much easier. On the other hand, I like the calendar vs. agenda feature.

GBCheryl is a star in my book! Cheryl has made my job so much easier. She has taught me so much in the Facilitron program. She is very helpful and answers her phone regularly as well as answers emails efficiently. The team has been great but Cherly always goes the extra mile and makes sure I'm understanding without making me feel dumb. Our district has benefited from our move to Facilitron and having people like Cheryl and Teault on our team is icing on the cake.

GBA very successful transition to Facilitron! We have been using Facilitron for just over a year now, and it helps make us so much more efficient. The customer service is top notch and always prompt. This program has shifted a lot of the work of facility use from my desk to Facilitron, freeing me up to work on other projects.

LAAVOID Facilitron!!! AVOID Facilitron!!!! I had some super bad experiences with this company, they charged me so much money even the venue denied my request, but the other agent told me I was supposed to be charged for it. I did not pay attention to my past bill, till now, I found I was charged so much money that I am not suppose to be charged!!! I will have to take legal action and more!!!
