GBI would like a time commitment… I would like a time commitment guarantee of a response from a site. If the site does not respond to a request and the requested permit passes, then the cost to submit that request should be waived. Also, if a refund is given by Facilitron, I would like Facilitron to ask me where to refund the money.

GBLee Pintar is the BEST! I have been working with Lee Pintar on several different issues over the past two years. GBFacilitron has really helped our District Facilitron has really helped our District out in regards to keeping track of events on our campuses. There are issues, however, that arise from time to time. Insurance is the main issue. Sometimes renters upload insurance docs in the Document section and the certificates go unnoticed. Sometimes vendors need to acquire "day of" insurance from Facilitron, and to do so becomes problematic. Insurance verifiers vary in consistency, sometimes verifying a certificate and sometimes not.
