GBI would like a time commitment… I would like a time commitment guarantee of a response from a site. If the site does not respond to a request and the requested permit passes, then the cost to submit that request should be waived. Also, if a refund is given by Facilitron, I would like Facilitron to ask me where to refund the money.

GBA very successful transition to Facilitron! We have been using Facilitron for just over a year now, and it helps make us so much more efficient. The customer service is top notch and always prompt. This program has shifted a lot of the work of facility use from my desk to Facilitron, freeing me up to work on other projects.

LAAVOID Facilitron!!! AVOID Facilitron!!!! I had some super bad experiences with this company, they charged me so much money even the venue denied my request, but the other agent told me I was supposed to be charged for it. I did not pay attention to my past bill, till now, I found I was charged so much money that I am not suppose to be charged!!! I will have to take legal action and more!!!
