I love how the software is designed… I love how the software is designed around the industry, so it has everything we need. Support is always very quick and helpful when something is confusing. I do find that it can be pretty easy to do things in the wrong order and break the system sometimes, but that's mostly a matter of getting to know it better.

I would not do business without… I would not do business without RainPOS. I have a busy mosaic studio where customers come in and create as well as purchase from my retail. Customer service is great and the system fits my needs perfectly as a small art studio with inventory. Class modules are awesome and produce Class Reports that are useful along with the calendar. Business Reports are perfect for my business. Inventory trackers are perfect for me. Marketing works great. Merchant service-related options are great as well. I've been using RainPOS now for over 4 years.

Robust product and Great customer service Like Sew gives us all the features we need to run an efficient quilt shop! We love how robust the product is and if we do have an issue, the Rain customer service team is prompt and complete in dealing with it and getting us back where we need to be. Five stars in our book!

DEEPLY regret moving to Rain Straight up lied to get me to sign up. Lack of expertise. There is no continuity of support- call 5 times for the same reason and get 5 different people who have to start from scratch on the problem. Unable to get basic info on my inventory and don't even get me started on how much $ i have lost on my website since we switched. It is rare that anything gets resolved within a weeks time. Nightmare from migration forward.

It has been a terrific experience It has been a terrific experience. Both my lead contact and my program educator were very helpful and kind. There is always a learning curve when tackling a new program but once you dig in, you learn more as you go. One day at a time. One learning accomplishment at a time. Blessings
