GBThis company misrepresented itself to… This company misrepresented itself to us. The sales people told us that they could accomodate our needs but once we migrated they were like "oh we can't do that." some of these things are minor others are significant. Now we are being charged extra because RAIN is unable to do what we need as far as processing credit cards. we need to be able to accept local chamber of commerce gift cards via our credit card processing. if RAIN could do that we would switch but because RAIN lacks the capability to meet that need you're charging us extra. its a really smarmy and underhanded way to do business.

GBVery Happy LikeSew (Rain) Customer! We've been a Rain (LikeSew) customer for almost 4 years. Pricing is fair for what we use (website, marketing and point-of-sale.) We looked at other options, but the integration between the various modules (specifically, between the point-of-sale and website) is crucial! Having someone sold out (the last one) in the store and automatically getting removed from the website is a huge timesaver (and prevents disappointed customers!) and the integration that allows us to automatically add pictures, descriptions, pricing, etc.) is also a HUGE timesaver! On the few occasions we've had to call support, we've had great response time and quick resolution to our problems. Finally, Rain has been reasonable in listening to our requests for improvements (and have implemented a few!) We're pleased with the company, the people and the product!

GBWe've run into a bit of trouble We've run into a bit of trouble, like Paid Outs not being tracked well or findable. I haven't loved the support team yet. I'd like one continuous person. Relationships are important to efficiency. The search feature is frustrating. It's caps and comma sensitive. I'd like it to be a bit "smarter" of a search option.

GBDEEPLY regret moving to Rain Straight up lied to get me to sign up. Lack of expertise. There is no continuity of support- call 5 times for the same reason and get 5 different people who have to start from scratch on the problem. Unable to get basic info on my inventory and don't even get me started on how much $ i have lost on my website since we switched. It is rare that anything gets resolved within a weeks time. Nightmare from migration forward.

GBWe love the RAIN POS system We love the RAIN POS system. We've mastered it to the point that it will do everything we need it to do for us. My only reason for not giving it five stars: I only wish that suggestions for improvements or feature updates that we request would get implemented without others having to ask for the same feature before it is even considered or addressed. Also, we had two issues serious enough to get sent up the chain for "developers" to look at, and it took months for the issues to get resolved. In one case, it should have been addressed within hours or no longer than a day at most (our online store was applying discounts where it shouldn't have.) It was over a month before we heard anything. Your support team is a strong point for your brand. Very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They represent you well.
