GBIt has been a terrific experience It has been a terrific experience. Both my lead contact and my program educator were very helpful and kind. There is always a learning curve when tackling a new program but once you dig in, you learn more as you go. One day at a time. One learning accomplishment at a time. Blessings

GBMy experience today with the customer… My experience today with the customer serice rep was good but overall my experience with RAIN POS has been bad. The key issue is that the transfer of data to our QB Cesktop hasn't worked propoerly and no one seem to be able to fix it or give us an honest assessment of what to do. Someone from develpoment should call me

GBI dislike how rainpro has been handling… I dislike how rainpro has been handling my account. When I have a problem, they take too long to respond. Also, the change in how they handle the deposits. They are not available in your account until two days later. They keep going up on my billing. They were the best when they first started but when they decided to take on more responsibilities I felt like they were not ready for the changes.

GBLove working with this Not only does the program integrate my point of sale with my website, but customer support is great. It is nice that you know you are going to be talking to someone who works for the company in Utah instead of a third party call center.

GBThis company misrepresented itself to… This company misrepresented itself to us. The sales people told us that they could accomodate our needs but once we migrated they were like "oh we can't do that." some of these things are minor others are significant. Now we are being charged extra because RAIN is unable to do what we need as far as processing credit cards. we need to be able to accept local chamber of commerce gift cards via our credit card processing. if RAIN could do that we would switch but because RAIN lacks the capability to meet that need you're charging us extra. its a really smarmy and underhanded way to do business.
