GBMy experience today with the customer… My experience today with the customer serice rep was good but overall my experience with RAIN POS has been bad. The key issue is that the transfer of data to our QB Cesktop hasn't worked propoerly and no one seem to be able to fix it or give us an honest assessment of what to do. Someone from develpoment should call me

AUI do not recommend this company I do not recommend this company. I am in Australia and they are simply not set up sufficiently to serve this market. No GST provision. You have to constantly call (international) to get any customer service. They don’t follow through, or make mistakes that you have to follow up on. Again and again.

GBIncreasingly Poor Service, many software glitches On a regular basis, no one picks up the phone for customer service. In addition, there are many software glitches that RainPOS is not interested in improving. Gift Cards, for example, have a program issue that ends up re-assigning a purchaser's name with that of the intended recipient in the data system. This technically allows a customer's private information and any card on file to be used by the purchaser - without the knowledge of the shop. The website interface, and shipping interface, are dated in design and fuctionality. Inventory updating and tracking is poorly designed. And finally, please know that NOTHING can be removed from your inventory. Every item and it's variants are kept in your system forever.

CARain was able to give us a really quick… Rain was able to give us a really quick turn-around on submitting data to going live. Additionally, the CSR with whom we worked was quite knowledgeable and able to answer all kinds of questions.

GBThis company misrepresented itself to… This company misrepresented itself to us. The sales people told us that they could accomodate our needs but once we migrated they were like "oh we can't do that." some of these things are minor others are significant. Now we are being charged extra because RAIN is unable to do what we need as far as processing credit cards. we need to be able to accept local chamber of commerce gift cards via our credit card processing. if RAIN could do that we would switch but because RAIN lacks the capability to meet that need you're charging us extra. its a really smarmy and underhanded way to do business.
