GBI still don’t have any answers about… I still don’t have any answers about the website or how to get more orders. It’s been over a year and I barely get one order every month or two. I’ve tried emailing and not gotten a response. It’s fairly frustrating and expensive having a website if nothing is being sold

GBThey have been supportive They have been supportive and answer questions, by means of a ticket mostly. The system is better than other POS's. We learn something new regularly. They are good with updates.

GBMy experience today with the customer… My experience today with the customer serice rep was good but overall my experience with RAIN POS has been bad. The key issue is that the transfer of data to our QB Cesktop hasn't worked propoerly and no one seem to be able to fix it or give us an honest assessment of what to do. GBIncreasingly Poor Service, many software glitches On a regular basis, no one picks up the phone for customer service. In addition, there are many software glitches that RainPOS is not interested in improving. Gift Cards, for example, have a program issue that ends up re-assigning a purchaser's name with that of the intended recipient in the data system. This technically allows a customer's private information and any card on file to be used by the purchaser - without the knowledge of the shop. The website interface, and shipping interface, are dated in design and fuctionality. Inventory updating and tracking is poorly designed. And finally, please know that NOTHING can be removed from your inventory. Every item and it's variants are kept in your system forever.

GBI would not do business without… I would not do business without RainPOS. I have a busy mosaic studio where customers come in and create as well as purchase from my retail. Customer service is great and the system fits my needs perfectly as a small art studio with inventory. Class modules are awesome and produce Class Reports that are useful along with the calendar. Business Reports are perfect for my business. Inventory trackers are perfect for me. Marketing works great. Merchant service-related options are great as well. I've been using RainPOS now for over 4 years.
