GBThis company misrepresented itself to… This company misrepresented itself to us. The sales people told us that they could accomodate our needs but once we migrated they were like "oh we can't do that." some of these things are minor others are significant. Now we are being charged extra because RAIN is unable to do what we need as far as processing credit cards. we need to be able to accept local chamber of commerce gift cards via our credit card processing. if RAIN could do that we would switch but because RAIN lacks the capability to meet that need you're charging us extra. its a really smarmy and underhanded way to do business.

CARain was able to give us a really quick… Rain was able to give us a really quick turn-around on submitting data to going live. Additionally, the CSR with whom we worked was quite knowledgeable and able to answer all kinds of questions.

GBIt has been a terrific experience It has been a terrific experience. Both my lead contact and my program educator were very helpful and kind. GBI would not do business without… I would not do business without RainPOS. I have a busy mosaic studio where customers come in and create as well as purchase from my retail. Customer service is great and the system fits my needs perfectly as a small art studio with inventory. Class modules are awesome and produce Class Reports that are useful along with the calendar. Business Reports are perfect for my business. Inventory trackers are perfect for me. Marketing works great. Merchant service-related options are great as well. I've been using RainPOS now for over 4 years.

GBOne of the worst POS systems After we set up our account and online, it was near impossible to get a hold of anyone and get assistance. We were told email listing and sending emails was part of the POS but come to find out it was an additional charge.
