Rain was able to give us a really quick… Rain was able to give us a really quick turn-around on submitting data to going live. Additionally, the CSR with whom we worked was quite knowledgeable and able to answer all kinds of questions.

Love working with this Not only does the program integrate my point of sale with my website, but customer support is great. It is nice that you know you are going to be talking to someone who works for the company in Utah instead of a third party call center.

I dislike how rainpro has been handling… I dislike how rainpro has been handling my account. When I have a problem, they take too long to respond. Also, the change in how they handle the deposits. They are not available in your account until two days later. They keep going up on my billing. They were the best when they first started but when they decided to take on more responsibilities I felt like they were not ready for the changes.

DEEPLY regret moving to Rain Straight up lied to get me to sign up. Lack of expertise. There is no continuity of support- call 5 times for the same reason and get 5 different people who have to start from scratch on the problem. Unable to get basic info on my inventory and don't even get me started on how much $ i have lost on my website since we switched. It is rare that anything gets resolved within a weeks time. Nightmare from migration forward.

Increasingly Poor Service, many software glitches On a regular basis, no one picks up the phone for customer service. In addition, there are many software glitches that RainPOS is not interested in improving. Gift Cards, for example, have a program issue that ends up re-assigning a purchaser's name with that of the intended recipient in the data system. This technically allows a customer's private information and any card on file to be used by the purchaser - without the knowledge of the shop. The website interface, and shipping interface, are dated in design and fuctionality. Inventory updating and tracking is poorly designed. And finally, please know that NOTHING can be removed from your inventory. Every item and it's variants are kept in your system forever.
