USVery Happy LikeSew (Rain) Customer! We've been a Rain (LikeSew) customer for almost 4 years. Pricing is fair for what we use (website, marketing and point-of-sale.) We looked at other options, but the integration between the various modules (specifically, between the point-of-sale and website) is crucial! Having someone sold out (the last one) in the store and automatically getting removed from the website is a huge timesaver (and prevents disappointed customers!) and the integration that allows us to automatically add pictures, descriptions, pricing, etc.) is also a HUGE timesaver! On the few occasions we've had to call support, we've had great response time and quick resolution to our problems. Finally, Rain has been reasonable in listening to our requests for improvements (and have implemented a few!) We're pleased with the company, the people and the product!

USThis company misrepresented itself to… This company misrepresented itself to us. The sales people told us that they could accomodate our needs but once we migrated they were like "oh we can't do that." some of these things are minor others are significant. Now we are being charged extra because RAIN is unable to do what we need as far as processing credit cards. we need to be able to accept local chamber of commerce gift cards via our credit card processing. if RAIN could do that we would switch but because RAIN lacks the capability to meet that need you're charging us extra. its a really smarmy and underhanded way to do business.

USCustomer service is fantastic Customer service is fantastic! In-house payment processing is really slow, though. The last payment processed I used had the funds in my account overnight. Woth Rain, it's days.... sometimes many if Monday is a holiday.

USThey have been supportive They have been supportive and answer questions, by means of a ticket mostly. The system is better than other POS's. We learn something new regularly. They are good with updates.

USIt has been a terrific experience It has been a terrific experience. Both my lead contact and my program educator were very helpful and kind. There is always a learning curve when tackling a new program but once you dig in, you learn more as you go. One day at a time. One learning accomplishment at a time. Blessings
