I still don’t have any answers about… I still don’t have any answers about the website or how to get more orders. It’s been over a year and I barely get one order every month or two. I’ve tried emailing and not gotten a response. It’s fairly frustrating and expensive having a website if nothing is being sold

I dislike how rainpro has been handling… I dislike how rainpro has been handling my account. When I have a problem, they take too long to respond. Also, the change in how they handle the deposits. They are not available in your account until two days later. They keep going up on my billing. They were the best when they first started but when they decided to take on more responsibilities I felt like they were not ready for the changes.

My experience today with the customer… My experience today with the customer serice rep was good but overall my experience with RAIN POS has been bad. The key issue is that the transfer of data to our QB Cesktop hasn't worked propoerly and no one seem to be able to fix it or give us an honest assessment of what to do. Rain was able to give us a really quick… Rain was able to give us a really quick turn-around on submitting data to going live. Additionally, the CSR with whom we worked was quite knowledgeable and able to answer all kinds of questions.

Increasingly Poor Service, many software glitches On a regular basis, no one picks up the phone for customer service. In addition, there are many software glitches that RainPOS is not interested in improving. Gift Cards, for example, have a program issue that ends up re-assigning a purchaser's name with that of the intended recipient in the data system. This technically allows a customer's private information and any card on file to be used by the purchaser - without the knowledge of the shop. The website interface, and shipping interface, are dated in design and fuctionality. Inventory updating and tracking is poorly designed. And finally, please know that NOTHING can be removed from your inventory. Every item and it's variants are kept in your system forever.
