GBI would not do business without… I would not do business without RainPOS. I have a busy mosaic studio where customers come in and create as well as purchase from my retail. Customer service is great and the system fits my needs perfectly as a small art studio with inventory. Class modules are awesome and produce Class Reports that are useful along with the calendar. Business Reports are perfect for my business. Inventory trackers are perfect for me. Marketing works great. Merchant service-related options are great as well. I've been using RainPOS now for over 4 years.

GBNot the Best POS Everytime there has been an "improvement," there tends to be something that is removed that you were using; especially in reports. There have been multiple occasions where after receiving the product, the quantity has not been added to the product. It is hard to keep an accurate inventory. You were forced to use their credit card system. Multiple occasions where the system quits working and the credit card terminals have to be rebooted.

GBIt has been a terrific experience It has been a terrific experience. Both my lead contact and my program educator were very helpful and kind. There is always a learning curve when tackling a new program but once you dig in, you learn more as you go. One day at a time. One learning accomplishment at a time. Blessings

We love how robust the product is and if we do have an issue, the Rain customer service team is prompt and complete in dealing with it and getting us back where we need to be. Five stars in our book!

GBVery Happy LikeSew (Rain) Customer! We've been a Rain (LikeSew) customer for almost 4 years. Pricing is fair for what we use (website, marketing and point-of-sale.) We looked at other options, but the integration between the various modules (specifically, between the point-of-sale and website) is crucial! Having someone sold out (the last one) in the store and automatically getting removed from the website is a huge timesaver (and prevents disappointed customers!) and the integration that allows us to automatically add pictures, descriptions, pricing, etc.) is also a HUGE timesaver! On the few occasions we've had to call support, we've had great response time and quick resolution to our problems. Finally, Rain has been reasonable in listening to our requests for improvements (and have implemented a few!) We're pleased with the company, the people and the product!
