GBRobust product and Great customer service Like Sew gives us all the features we need to run an efficient quilt shop! We love how robust the product is and if we do have an issue, the Rain customer service team is prompt and complete in dealing with it and getting us back where we need to be. Five stars in our book!

GBWe love the RAIN POS system We love the RAIN POS system. We've mastered it to the point that it will do everything we need it to do for us. My only reason for not giving it five stars: I only wish that suggestions for improvements or feature updates that we request would get implemented without others having to ask for the same feature before it is even considered or addressed. Also, we had two issues serious enough to get sent up the chain for "developers" to look at, and it took months for the issues to get resolved. In one case, it should have been addressed within hours or no longer than a day at most (our online store was applying discounts where it shouldn't have.) It was over a month before we heard anything. Your support team is a strong point for your brand. Very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They represent you well.

GBI dislike how rainpro has been handling… I dislike how rainpro has been handling my account. When I have a problem, they take too long to respond. Also, the change in how they handle the deposits. They are not available in your account until two days later. They keep going up on my billing. They were the best when they first started but when they decided to take on more responsibilities I felt like they were not ready for the changes.

GBIt has been a terrific experience It has been a terrific experience. Both my lead contact and my program educator were very helpful and kind. GBIncreasingly Poor Service, many software glitches On a regular basis, no one picks up the phone for customer service. In addition, there are many software glitches that RainPOS is not interested in improving. Gift Cards, for example, have a program issue that ends up re-assigning a purchaser's name with that of the intended recipient in the data system. This technically allows a customer's private information and any card on file to be used by the purchaser - without the knowledge of the shop. The website interface, and shipping interface, are dated in design and fuctionality. Inventory updating and tracking is poorly designed. And finally, please know that NOTHING can be removed from your inventory. Every item and it's variants are kept in your system forever.
