I love how the software is designed… I love how the software is designed around the industry, so it has everything we need. Support is always very quick and helpful when something is confusing. I do find that it can be pretty easy to do things in the wrong order and break the system sometimes, but that's mostly a matter of getting to know it better.

I do not recommend this company I do not recommend this company. I am in Australia and they are simply not set up sufficiently to serve this market. No GST provision. You have to constantly call (international) to get any customer service. They don’t follow through, or make mistakes that you have to follow up on. Again and again.

I would not do business without… I would not do business without RainPOS. I have a busy mosaic studio where customers come in and create as well as purchase from my retail. Customer service is great and the system fits my needs perfectly as a small art studio with inventory. Class modules are awesome and produce Class Reports that are useful along with the calendar. Business Reports are perfect for my business. Inventory trackers are perfect for me. Marketing works great. Merchant service-related options are great as well. I've been using RainPOS now for over 4 years.

We love the RAIN POS system We love the RAIN POS system. We've mastered it to the point that it will do everything we need it to do for us. My only reason for not giving it five stars: I only wish that suggestions for improvements or feature updates that we request would get implemented without others having to ask for the same feature before it is even considered or addressed. Also, we had two issues serious enough to get sent up the chain for "developers" to look at, and it took months for the issues to get resolved. In one case, it should have been addressed within hours or no longer than a day at most (our online store was applying discounts where it shouldn't have.) It was over a month before we heard anything. Your support team is a strong point for your brand. Very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They represent you well.
