CARain was able to give us a really quick… Rain was able to give us a really quick turn-around on submitting data to going live. Additionally, the CSR with whom we worked was quite knowledgeable and able to answer all kinds of questions.

GBOne of the worst POS systems After we set up our account and online, it was near impossible to get a hold of anyone and get assistance. We were told email listing and sending emails was part of the POS but come to find out it was an additional charge.

CAI love how the software is designed… I love how the software is designed around the industry, so it has everything we need. Support is always very quick and helpful when something is confusing. I do find that it can be pretty easy to do things in the wrong order and break the system sometimes, but that's mostly a matter of getting to know it better.

GBDEEPLY regret moving to Rain Straight up lied to get me to sign up. Lack of expertise. There is no continuity of support- call 5 times for the same reason and get 5 different people who have to start from scratch on the problem. Unable to get basic info on my inventory and don't even get me started on how much $ i have lost on my website since we switched. It is rare that anything gets resolved within a weeks time. Nightmare from migration forward.

AUI do not recommend this company I do not recommend this company. I am in Australia and they are simply not set up sufficiently to serve this market. No GST provision. You have to constantly call (international) to get any customer service. They don’t follow through, or make mistakes that you have to follow up on. Again and again.
