3 months, many tickets 0 answer since last 3 months I am unable to login to my cpanel submitted stickers many times no answer, won't renew again and never recommend to anyone

Disappointment, disappointment, Not a professional team. We signed up for a plan a couple of years ago that was a standard service that any web host could offer, and a few issues did arise with our website, for example. Every time the domain name or certificate malfunctions, and the support service delays responding to our requests, What happens now, when we renewed our contract and paid the bill, they did not update this information, intentionally, resulting in the domain name being disabled. All our requests that we sent through various channels and the documents proving our payment were also ignored. Eventually, the domain name became unavailable and our customers could no longer access the website.

Terrible service Terrible service, they do not respond to tickets or emails, I have my email blocked and they tell me that I must renew the license but it expires in July and I request support and they do not respond.

Absolutely the WORST Service Absolutely the WORST Service Yes, I know they don't charge very much, but as other people have stated you get what you pay for. 48 hours+ to answer tickets, and to receive stupid answers that indicate the "support" person can't understand technical issues. If you are fine with these types of problems, it is fine to sign up.
