We signed up for a plan a couple of years ago that was a standard service that any web host could offer, and a few issues did arise with our website, for example. Every time the domain name or certificate malfunctions, and the support service delays responding to our requests, What happens now, when we renewed our contract and paid the bill, they did not update this information, intentionally, resulting in the domain name being disabled. All our requests that we sent through various channels and the documents proving our payment were also ignored. Eventually, the domain name became unavailable and our customers could no longer access the website.
