GBWhen I received a notification to renew… When I received a notification to renew my subscription via email, the link was a dud. When I went to the website to renew it stated that the time to renew had already expired before the renew due date? When I try to contact via email, phone and site ticket I get NO response! My annual account was free and was given a lifetime guarantee but I guess that was a lie. Cannot get access to my site anymore. Should've never trusted them. Too good to be true.

GBAbsolutely the WORST Service Absolutely the WORST Service Yes, I know they don't charge very much, but as other people have stated you get what you pay for. 48 hours+ to answer tickets, and to receive stupid answers that indicate the "support" person can't understand technical issues. If you are fine with these types of problems, it is fine to sign up.

GBI have messaged hostpoco 3 times… I have messaged hostpoco 3 times because we were (automatic payment) charged the wrong amount for our yearly fee (lower amount) and our account was cancelled. However, we were not refunded the fee that was charged nor been given the opportunity to correct the payment amount.

ESTwo years in a row without being able… Two years in a row without being able to use this service. They charged my PayPal account automatically and the control panel says I have a pending payment. I have tried to contact their support service and they don't respond.

GBHOSTPOCO [9.9/10] I am on a FREE plan but yet, I am enjoying the service immensely. There has never been a day where I had my website offline for some server issues (like you face with some other hosting companies). With all sincerity, HOSTPOCO is reliable, their support system is on point too. I'd recommend HOSTPOCO to anyone and everyone any day!
