I subscribed and paid for the unlimited… I subscribed and paid for the unlimited PRO Plan, but put a limit on my disk space and usage. I tried to raise a support ticket, but they keep on ignoring me. Furthermore, I won't recommend this web hosting to anyone. There are a few other reliable web hosting out there. Please stay away from them. That is my piece of advice to you.

A good and very helpful Hosting I was using a different Hosting for some years with more or less good success! HostPoco differs a lot, on the good side, and showed that it's very helpful for just normal users and customers. I'm not a heavy user at all and just still didn't decide yet what I really will do in the next future, the life is very strange at this time and not easy! When I received a notification to renew… When I received a notification to renew my subscription via email, the link was a dud. When I went to the website to renew it stated that the time to renew had already expired before the renew due date? When I try to contact via email, phone and site ticket I get NO response! My annual account was free and was given a lifetime guarantee but I guess that was a lie. Cannot get access to my site anymore. Should've never trusted them. Too good to be true.

Cheap and Reliable Servers Hostpoco is a more affordable hosting and the servers are more reliable with no downtime. I hope to see a faster response from the customer service in the near future.
