Win 10, download and DVD The directions for the most part did not work, the codes wouldn't activate until I unplugged my internet. Getting to the pro version was more of the same and require the regular win 10 codes, alot of time spent through trial and error. In the end I did manage to get what I paid for

I ordered MSOffice 2021 Student/Home… I ordered MSOffice 2021 Student/Home version for my MAC - they sent my a link to download a PC version but, nothing for MAC. Contacted them via Chat and was advised they would resend correct link and activation code for Mac within 2 hours NEVER CAME. Tried calling numerous times, left detailed messages - no return call. Emailed themmultiple times asking for help and fully explaining my situation - no replies. When I attempt to get them to help via chat, they ignore me. RUN from these folks as fast as you can - once they have your money they ignore any correspondence and attempts to contact them

Good product, fair price. The USB flashdrive and product license arrived fairly quickly and at a fair price. The Windows 10 version on the drive is 21H2, which is not the last version that Microsoft offered (22H2). However, the installation and activation went smoothly, and once Windows 10 was installed , I was able to go to the Microsoft website and easily get the latest upgrade. But I didn't notice any real differences between those two updates anyway. So all in all it was a good experience. Thank you.

Ordered head sets never received Ordered head sets . Never received. Then got a USPS postal notification th add t a label has been created but nothing else never sent. I contacted customer service. Finally got back and said sorry we are backed up. You should get soon! Nothing. I knew u should shop locally or Amazon. I cannot recommend

Avoid this company! I recommend avoiding this company completely. I thought I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 for Mac. The link to the software they sent wouldn't work to install the files. I have called the support number a handful of times and I have sent several emails to their customer support with no response from either means of contact.
