Scam? shopsoftwarekeys.com I order Microsoft Windows 11 Home 64-bit USB - Box Pack - 1 License from shopsoftwarekeys.com. My product came in on a USB that looks nothing like the picture on there site with one piece of paper with direction on how to install. The activation code came on my email and it’s not a real license. I didn’t want to try it so I want to return it. I emailed shopsoftwarekeys and called there phone # and no response. I thought I try this site to save money but I guess I should buy it from a store.

For price and support, excellent. For scaring us, -1 star from the 5. At our company we usually use one provider for software, then we saw the Office Licenses for 1/3rd the price and we thought it was too good to be true, but we decided to try them anyways... Well, they sent the instructions over email and the Licenses, but non of them work, just like that. We contact them over the chat and the support was really nice, until they help us out on this one and finally got our licenses active.

Bait-and-switch scam Ordered Office: Home and Student which was for Mac or PC. They sent a key for Office Professional for PC instead, which is totally useless for my Mac. Have not responded to chat, email or voicemail I left. Looks to be totally fraudulent.
