Zach was able to assist me with both… Zach was able to assist me with both completing the delivery of my order and getting it installed on a holiday! It was an upgrade required for my new job and I was under a deadline to get it done. Zach was very patient and courteous with me and knew exactly what I needed to do and how to walk a very non-technical person through the process with ease.

They charged my credit card and… They charged my credit card and provided me a false software key. I contacted Adobe and they checked the key and said it was incorrect. I contacted shopsoftwarekeys.com, but they never replied back to my email and they do not ever answer the phone.

This company is completely fraudulent… This company is completely fraudulent and unsurprisingly racist. I reached out to request a refund and received no response. Finally after using the chat option in the site, they claimed I would need to wait to receive the item and then return it. I informed them the order should’ve never been sent and I had sent emails and left voicemails on their fraudulent customer service line. I asked why could the package not be rerouted back to the warehouse as done with most companies and the got very rude and unprofessional. The chat agent then said my name and stated “I bet you’re black” & “go back to where you came from” which is beyond juvenile and plain idiotic. I will be reporting them to the FTC and starting a class action for anyone who would like to join.

Good product, fair price. The USB flashdrive and product license arrived fairly quickly and at a fair price. The Windows 10 version on the drive is 21H2, which is not the last version that Microsoft offered (22H2). However, the installation and activation went smoothly, and once Windows 10 was installed , I was able to go to the Microsoft website and easily get the latest upgrade. But I didn't notice any real differences between those two updates anyway. So all in all it was a good experience. Thank you.

Ordered head sets never received Ordered head sets . Never received. Then got a USPS postal notification th add t a label has been created but nothing else never sent. I contacted customer service. Finally got back and said sorry we are backed up. You should get soon! Nothing. I knew u should shop locally or Amazon. I cannot recommend
